Simple recipes. Lots of flavour…
I've only had 1 box so far with 3 meals. Very happy with the experience. Protein is good quality and vegetables are fresh. Quite enjoyed the the three meals and plan on ordering again.

Meals so far taste great
Meals so far taste great, are different than anything we would have prepared ourselves, ingredients fresh. Recipe cards clear and accurate. Glad to not have to buy 5lbs of carrots, and a dozen onions to make a meal for two!

Moldy cheese
Have been ordering now and then for a while and always great but this time my cheese was moldy and of course sprinkiling the cheese on my Enchiladas was the final step so just sprinkled it on and only caught it halfway and was to late tried to take it off but unfortunately some melted and the taste was still there too bad was looking foreward to the meal

The two meals I got were decent
The two meals I got were decent. I DID not finish the transaction however and it was sent anyway. And for that matter, I had selected 3 meals and only got two.

Wish for other week choice options
Like the meal choices. App is good. Food is good. I wish I could chooses other week options. For example, if our week falls on a week we are away, only choice is to skip that week- no option to change to earlier week or week later. Chef's plate is missing weeks because of that lack of option to choose a different week.

I am loving the variety of dishes
I am loving the variety of dishes. So tasty. My husband hates onions...he is even eating the onions. Family of 4 .. we are really enjoying our family dinners.. with our chefs plate meals.

Delivery was a day late due to snow…
Delivery was a day late due to snow storm and bad road conditions. Unfortunately wherever the truck was overnight, was not climate controlled as all the fresh produce was frozen and destroyed. Delivery at my house was at 2pm and i was home at 330 pm.
Not pleased and am cancelling my subscription.

Horrible products and quality
Our meal kits have not been received with good or usable foods in the last 4 meals.
Produce has been rotten, multiples in each meal kit and also received spoiled steak as well in others.
The quality is horrendous, very disappointed in our meat kits in the past month.
Also received my laat two meals where everything are frozen. Meals not worth a dollar.
Also the chat feature to contact anyone doesnt seem to have anyone online to speak with.

The food has been good
The food has been good, some fantastic. I wish you had a meat and veggies options as well, so many carbs as sides.
