Incredible service! Definitely recommend!

Bill from Cheerstravel was absolutely fantastic! He went out of his way to help me get the flights I needed. He was professional and so nice to talk to. I highly recommend Cheerstravel and will happily book with them in the future!

Prince was super helpful

At first it was a little confusing as when I booked my ticket it said they had run out of seats and couldn’t book me, but The agent Prince who I called to sort it out was super helpful and lovely and got me booked in for my flights no worries! So grateful for his help!

Christina at cheers travels looked after my Bookings. Did an absolute awesome job. Keep me informed of a couple of changes all the way through made new arrangements which kept my schedule spot on. Absolute awesome team. Couldn’t recommend anyone better.

I Received a call from an employee while I was on Checkout to ensure everything was ok, that was nice.

Excellent customer service by Olivia

I had never booked a ticket through an online agent before, but was pleasantly surprised by the excellent price and service they provided.
Olivia quickly and courteously helped me update my seat preferences and arranged wheelchair assistance.

Not value for money

Cheers Travel charged us $980 for a infant to travel to the UK ( one way, no seat). When we enquired with Qantas regarding the cost they said that there charge would be $168. Be very careful who you book with
