We have just completed our bookings to Istanbul with Selena who was just lovely to deal with. Selena was so helpful and was able to find us the best price available on the most convenient route. Selena spoke very clearly making sure we were very clear with all aspects of our travel. Selena was super helpful and patient with my bookings to the USA when there was an issue with the airline. She investigated the problem, explained everything and remained patient until it was completely resolved and my bookings were complete. There was no rush to get it completed so she could move on to the next call. Thank you Selena.

Booked online at a great price to only be told the floght was no longer available (after payment had been made). Had to call to discuss and ended up booking an alternative more expensive flight. The people we delt with were great and so helpful. We also had to change our flight 2 weeks prior to travel due to changes made by emirates that no longer aligned with our travel plans and the company especially Christina, were fantastic to deal with

Nelson was very helpful and responsive, immediately resolving my issue when I had been stressed with my flight booking being unsuccessful. While I had to figure details out and translate between two languages for my parents in real time, he was very patient and held the line for me. He explains details clearly and leads through steps with great clarity. Nelson's customer service is absolutely stellar and made the booking process extremely easy to work with.
