Dynamic and responsive

Great team to work with. As well as providing a good all-round platform solution for managing payments, the team really take the time to understand your business and have been very responsive to queries and dynamic at handling changes to the business.

Excellent customer’s experience.

I am in payment services business from last 15 years. Ace Money Transfer a known brand from UK/EU to Asia and Africa. Since we have started working with checkout our sales broke all previous records and we are in new horizon. I really like to say the best and professional services and security levels they have achieved. Excellent customer’s experience.

Helpful great provider

We needed a new provider a few ago when we moved to Salesforce and we were guided through the whole process by Checkout. Each Account Manager we have had has been friendly and really helpful, and Danilo is great! He has been a great help through Covid-19 and it's problems & is always at hand to answer my queries and help . It's nice to know theres always someone at the end of the phone or who will respond quickly to emails.
Their website is uncomplicated and easy to navigate.

Nice

I'm not a payments expert but they provided some excellent guidance and consultancy in implementing their solution. I really appreciate the effort they put in to explain, share demos and generally be quick to reply.

The Worst and most arrogant

The Worst and most arrogant
they rejected our inquiry , just because we are small new start up, and the numbers was not matching what they are looking for.
we as new start up expect support , when we do not get support when we need it , they shouldn't expect us to contact them when we grow and become exceeding what they were looking for.
One day they were a start up, and was begging for a customer , now they rejecting small companies, wish that will not affect you guys

Those guys are the best

Those guys are the best, we've been working with them for 5 years. Great customer service, sales rep are always available and will definitely get you a pricing that rocks! Can't recommend Antoine enough, he's a very efficient and pleasant guy that keeps great attention to details. Can't go wrong with checkout.com

Couldn't be any better

Great platform, great support, great rates. After years of ecommerce, I am finally happy with a payment processing plateform. I couldn't imagine it any better and yet they managed to suprise me when they changed the design a year ago and made it even better. A big thank you to the checkout team and to Antoine especially!

They literally saved my business

They literally saved my business. We were without any payment solution for one of our online businesses and Antoine from Checkout.com found a solution for me that was not expensive nor complex to deploy on our Shopify. We have now multiple stores with them and the relationship has always been perfect. They have great knowledge of their industry and the support is stellar. Highly recommended!

Good luck trying to get through to…

Good luck trying to get through to them. My store was doing over a million a year in payments when I tried to get in touch with their sales team. I did not receive a response after 3 weeks and submitting the sales form twice. (Their phone numbers don't work).

So I emailed an old contact I had to see what's up. Turns out the person had left checkout.com, but I finally got a response from their marketing team, who assigned me a sales person to follow up.

One week later and nothing from the sales person. I emailed again asking if they even do business with small companies and no response.

They might have an amazing product, but if this is how they treat prospective customers, I don't expect them to provide decent support to customers either.

Avoiding and will be advising the ecom communities I work with to give them a wide berth.

A 1 star rating is way too positive for…

A 1 star rating is too positive for this company. Bad is not correct, they stole my list of thousands who ordered my product. After being loyal enough to stay with them for 13 years, (even though they took a higher than anyone else 5% fee, and paid 2 weeks later) they did not respect my business. I never had one bad review by a customer re. my product or did anything whatsoever against policies. They closed the account with no reason or explanation. After dozens of calls and emails no-one replied and they made it impossible to even call. To repeat: they stole my email list, of orderers (over 13 years!) and thousands of names,without giving me a heads up or warning. They should not be in business.If you have concerns for the security of your customers privacy email and your own records dont use these crooks. Never felt so strongly negative over an intenet company and Ive never written a negative review for anything.I hope I dont have to again. Thanks for reading, I thought you should know.

Simply amazing!

Simply amazing!

After receiving a newsletter from our web developers promoting checkout.com, it looked very exciting (the Apple Pay part etc) and I was very interested but also quite hesitant to join. I contacted the sales team and was contacted by Karan. The first thing I did after speaking to Karan, is checked the Trustpilot reviews, and they weren’t good. (Somehow, people only leave reviews when they aren’t happy.)

Yet, somehow, Karan has managed to convince me to join. Which I’m glad I did.

I must say, joining checkout.com, who not only gave us really good rates, but also a great payment solution was a very smart move!

First of all the fraud protection rules are so helpful. We’ve managed to prevent a lot of fraudulent orders by having these payments pending and then having the option to approve or reject the transaction. Secondly, there’s the option to add Apple Pay, which I haven’t managed to set up yet. And thirdly, having the direct mobile number of the account manager is a real bonus.

Anyone hesitating to join can take my advice. Go for it!

No one asked me to leave this review. I simply feel it’s unfair for this company to be painted like this just because they don’t chase customers for reviews.

Such a terrible company

Such an arrogant company with poor customer service. They discriminate the businesses depending on their numbers even though they have mentioned on their website that they work with all sizes of businesses. Really disappointed from this company. By the way, I waited for 4 days to get a reply from them.
