Dear ladies and gentlemen, I made a bank checkout.com transfer to buy Diamond from the tango live me app, it went to the bar from my account, the Diamond did not arrive
I made a bank transfer of 545.26€+280€
and the cois did not arrive

Poor Support & Account Termination without notice

Similar as other reviews, we’ve had mostly negative experiences with checkout.com.

Poor support and the cancellation of a merchant account of one of our markets without prior notice.

Very unprofessional in dealing even with global brands.

Not receiving funds

My business uses Checkout.com for customer payments. Since changing the Dashboard we are only receiving a fraction of the monies collected. Customer Service clearly have no idea what they are doing. This is disgusting. I would recommneded you avoid this comapny at all costs. Terrible!

terrible support.

I've experienced inadequate support as a CKO customer during forced migrations from V1 to V2 and now from V2 to V3. Internal support has been unsatisfactory, with emails taking several days for a response. Additionally, multiple delayed responses from different individuals further exacerbate the issue. Moreover, the replies lack answers to the questions posed, and requests for a clarifying phone conversation are consistently denied.

Do not waste your time... go straight to Stripe and save time (so money)

I live in the USA, and my card was compromised using this site. Someone bought Museum of Future, Dubai tickets. This proves this company’s server and website has no security. I didn’t even go to Dubai, what in the world?

A university of Texas T-shirt wrong color

A university of Texas T-shirt looked cute online, but they don't know the difference between University of Tennessee orange and Longhorn burnt orange. When I noticed that the order said Tennessee orange I tried to cancel the order, but they did not do it. The T-shirt is really cute BUT wrong color orange!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If you want a payment processing company that terminates your service at any moment without any explanation Checkout.com is the perfect company for you!

We've been loyal customers of Checkout.com for years signing up to them before anyone knew about them despite big competitors such as Stripe being available.

Years onwards with very little issues (no chargebacks and no credit issues) we've suddenly been told they are terminating our service out of nowhere. No explanation, extremely slow and poor responses to our emails. It's now been almost 2 weeks and no response to my last email.

My payouts have been paused almost a…

My payouts have been paused almost a month ago without any notice and they are not responding to my emails. Thievery! They terminated my agreement without any reason, disrupting my business. Will be reporting this to the European Consumer Center.

The most expensive, slow, complicated, arrogant and opaque payment processor on the market.

I cannot more strongly warn people away from Checkout.com. Their fee structure is so complicated, extortionate and opaque that you should consider any quote to be completely untrue. From the contract we expected to lose around 4% in fees; somehow it is around 20%. We literally wait up to a month to receive barely 80% of what our customers were charged. When I demanded an explanation of how these fees are calculated, their reply was they do not care about any business putting through less than $1M/mth.

Aside from the grotesquely extortionate fees, their actual software is needlessly complicated, very poorly documented and support does nothing. We had to build all the functioning screens of our automated payment process BEFORE they would let us use their test environment to find out HOW to build the process to integrate with their system. We had to write payment terms and conditions for approval by Checkout.com with zero documentation or guidance from Checkout.com about what terms or conditions they required.

We chose Checkout.com because they quoted a better price than popular alternatives for the features we wanted. It was a total fabrication and misrepresentation. They hide their fees in fine print and we had no way of knowing just how expensive, slow and difficult the integration would be. My developers expected a total implementation time of 1 month, based on their experience with Stripe. Checkout.com was so difficult that it took a year.

The total cost of choosing Checkout.com has been crippling. From the unexpected development cost to their holding processed funds for unreasonable periods, to their horrendous fee's, everything about Checkout.com is bad. Stay away.

Perfect Payment Processor

The product is extremely well-made. The support and account team are fantastic and very attentive throughout the entire integration process.
We've only just begun working together, but I see a bright future for our partnership.

If you get defrauded by a fake…

If you get defrauded by a fake chargeback despite having all the proof required to beat it, they offer you the chance to double your losses by gambling on a dispute, only costs $500 dollars lol
