Having a E-mail war with them and still don't want to pay me back and trash talk not sure who runs the customer service but it's just anyone that checks it I'm sure.. Aha I feel bad for all that lost so much money *and it's many read some REAL reviews and not the fake ass ones CW is posting*. I won't stop posting and letting people know the horrors of this site. I talked with people in my city as of late that bought pounds over time threw tony and the CW site and he's like I never got burnt. Yeah, not yet. It happened to me and I still have not seen a cent from them. There are so many sites out there ones that won't steal from you... read some of these REAL reviews. If you have half a brain and read the REAL reviews and do some homework you'll see your taken a BIG gamble with this site. And if your someone that can't take a loss of even of a few 100 dollars don't chance it my friend.

if I could give zero stars I would. I received a empty box on my 420 order which left me 500$ out of pocket. When I notified the customer service team they asked for photos.... Not sure why because they simply then responded with "HAHA, not our problem. Nothing we can do."

I've been ordering online for awhile now. There has always been an inherent risk to ordering online because, lets admit it, it's like the Wild West right now. I personally love it! I look at ordering on line like investing. Never send more money than you can afford lose. Period! That being said, I've only recently discovered and started ordering from CW. I have visited a lot of websites in search of selection, quality and prices! ALOT! CW is so far bar none my #1 go to site. I tried shopping elsewhere while CW was down with their recent website upgrades, but as soon as I reconnected with their new set up I was immediately back on board because lets face it, their selection, volume and prices are hard to match let alone beat! I have had no issues with CW as of yet. I have experienced plenty of online bad order experiences with other suppliers. I still wouldn't start beaking off about the law and legality of things because who knows what happened to one of my orders from whoever. I think CW, the owners and the staff are doing a f#*king fantastic job! Seriously! Finding you guys was a game changer for me. Keep on what you're doing! I got my order 2 days ago and contacted customer support, I should note I have been ordering from them for years,Even through the empty box which they sent to everyone Era hence why this is very disappointing to me. They have the worst customer support I have ever personally dealt with and appear to think theyre always a victim. I contacted customer support 4 times over the years when I had issues and all Tony ever says is 'Well noone else has' Yet some reviews slipping through say otherwise even on their site you can see the bad and fake reviews. Anyways long story SHORT, This time I got my order and it reaked of Mold or powdery mildew so I contact them and They refuse to respond to the emails I send yet reply to my friend asking general non-important product questions, On a side note all of the sauce is complete trash almost like recycled shatter mixed with distillate and flavored again, Not real sauce what so ever..... I'm usually pretty passive but this is ridiculous. They've asked me to write positive reviews for money before in emails also just figured id throw that out there. Very dishonest, Little regard for the well being of others.
