Been ordering from this site for years and usually no problem. Sometimes it’s late shipping out or whatever no big deal. But I put in a order the beginning of November, it was due to arrive November 16th and I still don’t have it almost 2 months later. Did the whole thing putting out a service ticket and waiting the allotted time and it took 5 weeks for them to refund me half the order (which was a pound) in POINTS.
Giving me no choice but to order again. When asked why only half they said because we don’t know if it’s still gonna show up or not.

I ordered a half pound and when it arrived, it was 226grams with the ziplock bag.
I emailed customer support and they replied that they get this type of email OFTEN, and everyone who complains has a broken scale.
I told them, the people weighing the bags are morons cause they include the ziplock bag in the weight. I asked for some kind of incentive to keep purchasing from them and they told me to shop elsewhere.
Not an issue.

If you order from CheapWeed and are giving a good review, you don't own a scale.

Every single order out of their warehouse is a ziplock bag short of weed cause they are morons.

Seeing all the negative reviews and rip off stories Im surprised I got anything at all.

Hope the cops shut them down permanently.

I recently purchased some what I was led to belive was quality weed for cheap weed but when I received it all I got was some moldy weed. When I contacted the company about this they offered me a $35 voucher for a $300 order that was garbage. So I am done with this company thanks for the moldy weed 🤢🤢

Its been almost a year ive been ordering and 90% of the time ive been very happy. Few mixups but I was compensated. You cant beat the prices and selection. Quick delivery and stealth packaging. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I'm not sure where all this negative stuff about this site comes from. I have been ordering from here for 4 years and have only ever had 2 problems and they were fixed pronto they reply to emails but im sUre they get lots and it takes time . I once order a hp right before Christmas and they sent me a qp I emailed them and 2 days later they reimbursed me with point to my account. They are great people friendly and I have never got crappy weed from them unless you read the reviews and expect it to be not so good do your research read reviews before you order your strain . CW no compalint here keep up the good buds and awesome prices definitely the cheapest good bud around

What can I say,Despite All The Negative comments CW Still Has Exceptional service when I place an order. All my Years of ordering from there I had 1 hiccup,wrong order but they Did Not Hesitate on Replying to my emails,Great Service,they took action and made me happy -the ones that complain about cw most likely employed by the competition to say crap about CW,Keep Up The Great Work Emma And Tony & Crew 🤟

Hey .. Sept 27 order a half pound $945. 00 and they send , as soon as it gets here there is a problem with my address all of a sudden, post office sends package back . I send email to Emma and Tony of the situation, I get no response. I send 2an 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 email and I starting to get upset, so I send 7 and 8 and 9 and 10th email today, this morning.. I now upset with no customer service or nothing just $%#*@ nothing. So I finally get a response from Emma and Tony, it say w t f what is wrong with me , and *#@#* off and buy your stuff somewhere else .. it in email and getting printed.
These people are going to rip you off in time ok . They are weasels and cockroaches.
I will try and get my $945.00 back ... but it just more fuel for the hunt ...

Stay away from this place first they had the empty box scam now it’s the no replacement scam .. play nice thru email saying it will arrive for a month and then totally stonewall you and refuse to follow their own terms and conditions that they state on the website … scam artists and steal your money

They still are open, my half pound of weed, quarter of live resin and quarter pound of hash all arrived today and scaled right. Me and my dad have been ordering from these guys for years now and they have never shorted us. A lot of their negative reviews have to belong to their competition bc these guys are legit. Shipping to the GTA area takes about 4 days. One time our e-transfer was too big for our card limit so they let us save the 15$ that would have been a pain in the ass to get to them. BEST CONCENTRATES AROUND.

Cheapweed.io steals from u beware don't buy multiple lbs because they will short you but they've done this to me before but they fixed it, so when this order came in we knew to film opening it up because that way we can show everyone how we are straight up we don't steal from people 700 dollars is nothing right wrong you are stealing from a single dad who buys big amounts because of having a big medical liecence they will burn u eventually been a customer for years and they don't care no loyalty at all spent thousands of dollars they just don't reply unless you are sending money so if u don't care about getting ripped off then shop here there's so many other sites that don't steal don't ever use them they say fire dope tried well mean while it's got 2oz of shake and sticks in bags real clean but now I see how they treat customers like dirt oh ya the order # was 494994 if they fix the problem I will fix my review on every review siteokay so it's been a week now they acted like they were going to fix it but have played more games so beware people I'm sending all my info ihave on them to shut there site down so becarfull buying from them because your package is going to go missing I gave them more then enough time to fix stealing hard earned money something cheapweed.io knows nothing about they act like they grow all the weed lol they wish they ride coattails of real solid people who do real business not rip people off and hide behind the computer update so now they have responded 2 different times 1 saying we dont work o weekend s then the second a week later after giving them 5 extra business days so emailed again and said I wanted to buy 5 or 6 more lbs but not going to until you make this right by sending the lbs the white bubba or a replacement there response come on bro you think we are going to screw u over for a lbs well now they've had 3 full business weeks and still no package sent but I bet they want me to send more money first lol was not born yesterday some business beware eventually u will get burned

This online dispensary has the worst Weed I’be tasted Full of trim full of seeds and you can’t even put it in your buster because it’ll be all over the place and you’ll be picking it out for an hour and when you do get a joint rolled up it’s going to be rockhard solid and the more you try to loosen it the harder it’s going to get. Because I bought pink goo cannabis at the beginning I smoked it but I had already smoked pink star so I I thought it was very good cannabis but the next day ajun I tested the product pi no buzz enough bizzard but I wrote to cheapweed to tell them that I will send them their cannabis to reimburse me and he tells me please don't buy more from us? this mom may well have changed her name 3 times and know how to fly boxes of cannabis by overlaying canada post this mom is very badly managed and he responds to the lost customer and really badly but i will not let myself be done and calling a lawyer to solve this problem he has so many illegal quotes one less will not change much

Was sold "super orange" instead of pineapple express. After contacting support they told me even though the bag says it's super orange, i can rest assured it's actually pineapple express ?!?! What a joke! I've had pineapple many times, never ever looked or smelled like this. NOT pineapple express for SURE ! Not happy!
