My only and last experience - buying cigarretts online was with CheapTobaccoRoll. Unfortunately not good.

I wasnt aware that cigaretts will not be sent from UK or from Netherlands but from Israel (im from EU). The package did arrived but i would have to pay a high amount of additional fees and taxes which would cost me more then cigaretts (about 2x times more). So i sent the package back. The package did arrive somewhere in Israel, but the seller didnt pick it up. I wrote them many times, asking them what is going on and when i will get a refund. They always answer that the package didnt arrive and that the refund cannot be processed. I didnt pay insurance.

Anyway, i dont know if you can visit there web site, but i cant anymore. It give me error code, but im not sure if it is only for me (???) or it is generaly for everybody.

Anyway DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHEAPTOBACCO ROLL!!!

Ordered 10 packs of cigarettes a few months ago. Prior to the order, I contacted Cheaptobaccoroll and asked where the cigarettes would be shipped from, I was informed that they came from within EU. Then suddenly I got a letter from customs, asking me to pay. The package was sent from outside EU, and the customs wanted their money, with the customs charge, the cigarettes will cost me more than double the original price. I have contacted Cheaptobaccoroll about the issue, and they would resend the package (bought the insurance). The second package was sent from outside EU as well, and now I have the same issue. The problem is, the insurance only covers 1 reshipment. So I can pay customs, and end up pay way too much for the cigarettes, or decline the package, and lose the money I already paid.
Had no replies to my last few emails to them.

Hi i ordered 5packs of tabbacoo from this company they told me to wait six weeks and know they won't email me back after I've sent them 5 emails and I've not received my tabbacoo! Not a happy man!!!

I ordered 5 packs of tobacco for £60. It took more than a month to be told that they had been seized by customs. Per the website's insurance policy (I paid an extra £5 for this), they told me they sent out a replacement pack. This didn't arrive either, & the website says it must have got seized at customs too, despite initially telling me this only happened to 3% of their orders.
