The certificate process was stuck (for unknown reasons), but this was quickly resolved by the support team.

It is often easy to be the cheapest but then offer bad support afterwards. This is not the case here. When I did have a problem and reached out to support they were well informed and effective. Thanks

I was renewing my cert at the last minute, and my payment was still processing after a day. I wrote customer service and they promptly finished the transaction.

they did their best to solve my problems even the problem was not with them but with the company who delivered the code signing certificate

They gave me figures in US dollars even though I had selected AU dollars. So I added to much funds for my 132 SSL certificates and asked for the unused amount returned to my PayPal account.

I have already sent a support email many days ago and it was ignored.

No service here and they have my money and will not return it.

You need to find someone you can trust and will not steal from you.

Unprofessional support. It's been over 3 days since a CSR submission failed (no error data available) and the whole process is stuck... can't do anything. No response from them apart from the initial automated ticket creation email.

This is not the first time we've been here with them.

This service is definitely not suitable for business. You will be sorry when something goes wrong, no matter how trivial the issue is.

My site has been down for days as their verification process doesn't work and they ignore support requests, I urge everyone to get their certificate from somewhere else ! definitely no support supposed to be 24/7, that's a laugh!

Absolutely no 24/7 support which they are advertising. Wrong information showing on necessary certificate renewal. Had to accept expired certificate after 1 year although I paid for multiple years. Bad support, bad behavior.

I've sent an e-mail to its user support 3 days ago but never received answered and the certificate issuing is still pending.

Purchased on last week, no certificate and no support, simply showing pending. This one is scam.

We paid for 3 years and recently asked the regeneration. 4 days after no certificate at all, no support at all.. Avoid these joker guys (read robbers)...

I bought an SSL Certificate one week ago. Its status is still Pending, after several tickets sent. No answer whatsoever. Asked for a refund. Wish I saw these reviews before purchasing. Stay away from this provider!

I have issues renewing a 3 year certificate after 2 years (needs to be renewed because of limitation of validity). After 5,5 hours no life sign from the 24/7 support. Indeed you can send mails to them 24/7, but the response may take ages.

Yeah, it's cheap, and you can eventually make your way through if you persist. They did issue the certificate that was promised. Support is NONEXISTENT. No reply after 4 days to my support request. You had better know exactly what you are doing, or have a lot of time to learn. At least you can refund in 15 days, but I wonder if they would refuse to acknowledge a refund as they refuse to acknowledge support questions.

Tried to dought SSL certificate. Credit card charged in some seconds and then no any actions... No certificate, no answers from support.

2 days later order was cancelled by me but no money return at all.
