Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, they are truly untrustworthy and use unethical practices.They Take your money then don’t book tickets charge me £644 extra for luggage which they recon is not included in ticket price , they also tried it on and said no food or drink was included in my ticket price on a scheduled flight. They have rung me regarding a pitifully refund of an unused ticket from Phuket to Manchester . I received £425 out of a payment of £1799 as in their opinion that’s all the return ticket was worth. So the luggage on the return flight was £322 leaving the price of our return ticket refund at £103 for 2 people from Phuket to Manchester. Been refused an itemised receipt and ask to remove my negative feed back.
Was told I would be contacted after 24 hrs will a response to a customer service call and guess what , still waiting after9 days.

The fare you initially selected online was a highly restricted fare with specific conditions and inclusions determined entirely by the airline. Optional travel services, such as additional baggage allowances, seat selection, and certain onboard amenities, are governed by the fare brand purchased and the airline's policies. These services are offered separately where applicable and are never mandatory.
Subsequently, based on your specific requirements and following your authorization, we assisted in arranging the additional services requested, ensuring that the booking was updated to better suit your travel needs and preferences.
With regard to the partial refund, refunds are not calculated by simply dividing the total cost of a roundtrip ticket by two. In most cases, the outbound and return portions of a ticket do not carry equal value. Refunds are assessed strictly by the airline in accordance with the applicable fare rules, ticket usage, fare construction, and any non-refundable components associated with the booking. As a result, the value of an unused flight segment is often significantly lower than 50% of the original ticket price.
The refund amount communicated to you was based on the airline's assessment and authorization. As a travel agency, we do not have the authority to alter, override, or independently determine airline refund calculations.
Throughout the process, we have consistently relayed the information provided by the airline and our suppliers and have endeavoured to keep you informed of all updates relating to your case.

Avoid this company at all costs
Booked flights at an advertised price, only to then be repeatedly contacted by phone and email, pushing hundreds of pounds in additional charges on top of the original price. Our tickets were cancelled and never issued to us. We paid for flights we never received. Completely misleading from the start. The price advertised bears no resemblance to what they actually intend to charge. Avoid at all costs.
