So disappointed! £5300 order for a fence and gate. Delivery was not confirmed on the date requested even though they were given 3 weeks to get the order ready.
The fence part of the order arrived only for us to find some of the wrong colour composite panels were delivered. Then the gate was delayed a week! Finally received the gate last Friday but now we find the ground track was missing!
I have been on hold so many times, I am on hold now for 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer!
Please consider carefully before placing an order! It clearly doesn’t matter how much you spend!

It would be nice to have more notice of the day of the delivery so you can prepare time off from work or be given the option of a particular delivery day.

Just got my delivery. All unloaded and checked by Anthony to make sure everything was there and undamaged. Will be getting my DIY hat on next weekend!

Waited 4 months for delivery of slats, sent 2 instead of 3 so not really impressed with the company but Reece was great in taking a note of our issues and advising on next steps 👍

Second time they’ve sent gates the wrong size this time they had their own man come out and measure them up still got it wrong worse company I’ve ever dealt with. They get one star for the two delivery drivers Steve and Pablo who were great

I have used Charles and Ivy twice now. Their products and customer service are excellent. Being able to have samples before buying has been really helpful so we could choose the best colour. Emma has been really helpful getting us a really good deal and ensuring the order is delivered to us in a timely manner

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!

This is my 3rd review.
I bought the solar LED system and the lights have already stopped working after just a few days!!!!! The LED strip is now only lighting up halfway.
My fence has finally been installed, but getting to this point has been an absolute nightmare. The delivery had to be made THREE separate times before I finally received all the correct components. I had to wait, chase the company and deal with incorrect/missing parts repeatedly.
And now, after all that, the LED system I paid extra for has already failed within a few days.
I am honestly extremely disappointed and completely fed up. I paid a significant amount of extra money for what was supposed to be a premium solar LED system, and this is the quality I have received.
For the amount of money I have spent, I expected a reliable, high-quality product — not constant problems, repeated deliveries and now faulty lights almost immediately after installation.
This is completely unacceptable. I would strongly think twice before paying extra for the LED system.
