Mediocre exchange. Only good for very small amounts only
Awful exchange for any amount more than very small amounts for trades. They kept my crypto on hold providing an excuse that the price slippage was too high for a trade until the numbers went in their favor since they already had my crypto deposit with them. They should execute trades at the actual amounts even if there is a difference in price instead of keeping customer funds on hold for 5 hours until i personnaly reach out to them for an update.

I exchanged my BTC six months ago
I exchanged my BTC six months ago. For some reason, they froze, and a friend said that happens sometimes, saying they'll return it to my account eventually. A few months later, I wrote to support asking what was going on, and they started being rude, saying, "Why are you only contacting me now?" So, I explained the situation. They sent me a link to verify my account. I verified it, and the verifier returned an error. It turns out I'd already been verified by Changenow. Oh well, I use exchangers often. They told me to wait a couple of days for them to sort it out. A month has passed. No one's doing anything, just spam like, "We'll contact you by email." I'm asking the administration to intervene. What kind of insolence is this?
Unfortunately, I don't remember the exchange number, but I can provide all other information about transfers, etc., etc.
