As first time buyers, buying a house was a complete minefield. From the start Ben broke down every single step for us and was there for every last minute panic and silly question from us. Ben made us feel relaxed in a very stressful time and was extremely patient explaining how things work regarding the Mortgage process and getting us the best possible Mortgage. With my other half being self employed we were worried it wouldn’t be as straight forward as other people’s experiences, but Ben was able to support and advise what paperwork she needed to send over, for Ben to submit our mortgage application with ease. Ben was always just a text or a phone call away and always replied quick and efficiently. We will never forget at the beginning of the year, we were on holiday in the middle of Rome and we received a voice note from Ben saying our mortgage was accepted, that memory will stick with us forever. And that is all down to Ben for getting the process through easily and promptly. Ben helped us chase solicitors on our behalf and helped keep the process moving forward. Ben was also able to advise and put in an application for health and building insurance for us both on our behalf.
We couldn’t imagine going through the process without Bens help and support. Ben really cut some of our stress away and we really couldn’t thank him enough.

I randomly contacted Sam Norfolk on LinkedIn to ask some property/mortgage related questions. We then ended up processing a re-mortgage application with Sam to renew our expired fixed rate. Sam has been absolutely amazing from the amount of advise and guidance he gave us so that we can make the right financial decisions. He worked efficiently through our case and was ALWAYS available to answer all our questions even outside of office hours. He recommended us the best solicitors and stayed in touch with them saving us the time to chase.
