Everything went to plan with buying my first property.

Ben was brilliant from start to finish, when we wanted to port our existing mortgage and borrow a bit more...

You might think you don't need this service, so used are we to doing everything ourselves nowadays, but this was the best money we spent on our move. Ben handled all the forms, liaised with the bank and solicitors...great stuff!

Will definitely use him again when we remortgage.

We re-mortgaged earlier this year with Pete & Bens help. I would highly recommend using Chamelo and we will be back in touch with them in the future when we need to re-mortgage again. I was first signposted to my Broker, Ben at Chamelo, by a good friend who spoke very highly of the service.
As a first time buyer I knew next to nothing of the house buying process and Ben was great at explaining it all and supporting each and every step of the way.
Ben has a really friendly, personable manner about him and his communication was impeccable.
The buying process can be quite stressful at times so having the brokerage side of things so well in hand was one less thing to worry about.

What was quite a straight forward experience quickly got complicated with multiple chain collapses and revised offers etc. Pete and the team were great at exploring, so many options for us throughout. Their service and expertise was invaluable to us. Thanks to everyone involved.

I contacted Pete regarding landlord insurance and life insurance through recommendation from a friend. He was extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout. He explained every detail over the phone and followed it up with a video of my options which was definitely needed when trying to make a decision with baby brain! The process of buying a house can feel very complicated especially for first time buyers like us. Ben helped us from start to finish. He had a lot of knowledge about the whole process not only about the mortgage side of things. Ben was there every time we didn’t understand something and helped us guide thru the whole process. I work long shifts and if something needed to be done while I was at work Ben was there to sort it for us. He went definitely above and beyond. I can’t recommend Ben and Chamelo enough.

Ben was so helpful and communicative helping us secure a mortgage and dealing with all the stress that follows with regards to solicitors and searches.
