Giles has recently carried out a survey on the house I am hoping to buy. From the first enquiry to the Certus office I knew that this would be a good experience. We have used Giles Cooper for two surveys now and he provided both times an indepth yet accessible report of the property's being purchased. The reports allowed us to really evaluate areas of the properties that required further scrutiny, which resulted in the highlighting of a property aspect that could have cost thousands if not flagged. The overall report, while comprehensive, also comes with a phonecall discussion to introduce you to your intended property, as well as then offering follow up calls should any further qustions be needed answered. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent service - nothing to fault. Giles telephoned me on the same day that he had completed the survey to give us some verbal feedback before he completed a comprehensive report of our purchase property. After we'd read it through, there were some points on which we needed further explanation to help our layperson's understanding. Giles quickly responded to any phonecalls or messages. His clear analysis meant we were able to make some well-informed decisions.
