Ordered an Iphone 12 Pro on the 25th July and I have still not received it. Chronopost tracking was last updated on the 04th August and Delivery Date remains as the 02nd August. After numerous attempts to contact certideal i have found this to be one of the worst online shopping experiences i have had. This company is more than happy to take your money and once they do it will seem as if you are on your own with no support. Chronopost does not know where my package is and i cannot get any answers from Certideal. This is absolutely shocking and theft. I would rather buy a new phone and cut out this nonsense.

Fake “new” battery
This is my second post about this company.
I ordered a iPhone 12 Pro with a new battery. I have already wrote about the battery not being recognized by the iPhone and therefore I cannot see the battery health. I still haven’t got a reply from the company even tho they stated so here on trustpilot. They promised it’s as good as a new one but no, it only lasted me 5 hours today, a new battery is supposed to be working for 12 hours minimum. I can’t see the battery health still and no answer or responsibility taken from the company. Don’t waste your money is all I’m saying.
