Purchased a refurbished iphone X with the package where they include a protective silicon cover and screen protector. Note - the silicone cover is cheap and absolutely useless. There is no rigid internal structure and it provides no protection at all.
Within a couple of days, the iPhone was malfunctioning: apps wouldn't open, wouldn't close, would respond to touch gestures, etc. and for almost 12 hours, it was impossible to turn it off. When I decided to write to customer service, I noticed a tiny crack at the bottom of the screen and realised that they had an excuse not to honor the warranty. There is no way that crack was related to the operating system however, so I wrote to certideal to explain and ask if they could consider accepting the phone for repair anyway. The answer was a flat no. So - ultimately, I paid for a phone with a 3 year warranty that worked for 2 days. Could say it was bad luck, but I think they could have and should have been more flexible. Bottom line: don't get the protective cover/screen glass and unhelpful post-sales support.

I ordered a black iPhone 13 Pro on CertiDeal over a month ago. After 10 days -quite a long wait- I received a white one.

I emailed them for the correct color and they pushed me to keep it white and put a black cover on it. No thank you, I sent the phone back and they responded that in case of return, the color of the replacement is not guaranteed (say what?).

Already pissed, I made a first 1-star review on here and the customer service team directly phoned me and requested to remove the 1-star rating *immediately* in exchange of 29€. I said I will remove the 1-star rating when I'm satisfied with my order and the guy said it's another service and he has no clue when my color will be sent (do they not work in the same building or what?). Joke.

After 2 more weeks, -so one month after payment-, still no replacement and no tracking of the correct order. My idea is that they have limited stock and they sell products they do not actually have. In case of purchase, they send other colors/variants hoping you do not send them back.

Tired, I asked for a refund and once again the team went on high alert, emailing me, telephoning me so I do not cancel my order. Same on here, a comment will probably follow but I feel harassed and not helped. They are quick to react when their image is at stake but when you need an estimate or simply a decent service, there's nobody.

Why one star? Because they made me wait for so long that the same iPhone dropped 100€ in price during my wait and I could get it quite discounted and without issue at their competitor BackMarket ;-)

At first, I was afraid to shop with CertiDel, but my experience now will make me continue shopping with you.
The iPhone I bought is working absolutely well and is almost like a new one. Most importantly, CertiDel should keep their truthful description of items, I like it.
I hope CertiDel will continue with this good work.
