I highly recommend Cerebral
I highly recommend Cerebral. I actually have to several people. Even before I was lucky enough to receive health insurance, it was affordable. The care is wonderful. My therapist really listens, she gives me helpful insight, as well as paperwork to help monitor me. Shes is very knowledgeable and has really helped me to understand my diagnosis.

My experience with Cerebral was very…eye opening
My experience with Cerebral was very helpful and enlightening. In a few short visits they were able to diagnose me with a couple of different conditions based on the symptoms and stories I shared. After 50 years and some deep reflection on my part many memories began to make ‘sense’ ! As more symptoms of mental disorders come to light and people begin to realize these conditions are all on a spectrum and people can display the symptoms in a variety of ways, Knowledge plus therapy plus a combination of the correct medications can make your world so much more ‘rosy’ 😊

Virtual therapy has been life-changing
Virtual therapy has been so much more comfortable and convenient than in-person therapy ever was. I can stay in the comfort of my own space, on my own time, and still have access to an excellent therapist. The flexibility of virtual therapy, combined with how easily they work with my insurance, has been a huge factor in allowing me to start and to keep up with it. It has made a very noticeable difference in my mental health and well-being, and my therapist was an incredible match. I was very resistant to therapy at first, even knowing that it would be beneficial, but have come to look forward to our sessions and to appreciate the clarity and assistance my therapist provides. I'm so grateful I decided to give it a try and have never regretted it!

Medication services.
Cerebral was recommended to me by a nurse who did my intake appt at my local counseling office. I dont drive due to anxiety so getting to appointments are always a struggle and with cerebral im able to get my medication shipped straight to my door. My mental health has definitely been a lot better since restarting medication and I'm looking forward to getting over this driving anxiety so I can actually start living. Many many thanks to cerebral. Did I mention using my insurance through them a 3 month supply is less than $20?

My First Session with Cerebral
I had my first session yesterday. I was completely understood. My Dr. Listened to everything i had to say. Since I was on medication already, I was able to get refills.
I will have another session in 30 days. I recommend this site to anyone that feels they need help.

My experience has been fantastic thanks to a prescribing physician who listens and is very responsive when I have medication questions. The real 5 star benefit has been my counselor Lauren. She has gone above and beyond to see what others might miss. She is blunt and to the point without being mean, which I am a huge fan of. I cannot say enough good about my interactions with Cerebral.

I am treated like a person to my…
I am treated like a person to my clinician that has mental illnesses. I’m not treated/defined as a diagnoses of mental health illnesses. If I need help, the support staff has always answered my questions and never make me feel like my requests are dumb. It is super easy and painless to make an emergency meeting with the clinician.

Excellent Service
I was able to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist within 24 hours. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions. They also accept most insurance plans. This is an excellent service.

Long Time User
When I began with Cerebral, I had the most wonderful therapist. She helped me through some difficult times. Unfortunately, Cerebral did a mass layoff, and she was a part of that. I had to work through a few to find my next right match, and I have. I look forward to my sessions and am grateful for this service, as my schedule is crazy busy, it’s nice to be able to book around my life.

user friendly app, good experience
The app is easy to navigate and set up calls with your provider. I opted for medication only due to my specific needs, and my prescriber listened with intent and helped me navigate to the correct prescription and dosage. Even when things became difficult for me in my personal life and I would forget to set up a monthly call, I would get an email saying that it was completed for me. Things like this helped me stay on track with my medication and update my provider with information on how I’m doing.

When things go wrong
When things go wrong with Cerebral, they really fall off the rails. It took over a month just to get approved, and when I had issues with the app, customer support wasn’t able to resolve them. I was repeatedly told they’d help, but nothing was fixed.
Because of the app problems, I had two very awkward experiences with the prescriber and therapist I was randomly assigned. One even asked extremely uncomfortable questions in a first session, which was not appropriate for someone I’d never met.
When I raised these concerns with customer service, I was bombarded with repetitive messages from multiple reps, along with constant automated follow-up surveys. It felt overwhelming rather than supportive.
I’m giving Cerebral one more chance, but so far the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
I’m really hoping this time around things can be different. Mental health care is some of the most difficult to reach for when you need it. I think the app could be wonderful if they could sort out some of the issues that I experienced so no one else has to.

They can't prescribe stimulants
They can't prescribe stimulants and they hide that fact deep in their fine print so that you pay them and they can refuse to refund you and take your money. They got in trouble with the DEA and the DOJ So now they can only prescribe antidepressants which are not great for ADHD. Don't waste your time or money with these crooks
