I just made an account today and I have…

Centrobill immediately helped me when I grew tasteful and distrustful of the website. Make sure to check your spam email considering they send email to there. Still weird i got charged for free trials though.

Edit: "Note that pre-authorization is not a charge transaction. Since you cancelled your subscription within the trial period, you were not actually charged" is a message if you are confused on the charge for your free trial.

Edited right after they helped me.

Help on failed transactions

Hi, I actually contacted you some weeks ago but unfortunately no answer from your part so I try here. My problem is that on December 11th, I tried to purchase some tokens on xhamsterlive, unfortunately I entered the wrong cvc code and two times... So the transactions have been refused of course but Ive been charged thats problem. Plus there has been an other one where this time no cvc error but it just didnt go through and ive been charged as well, so in total 3 times... I thought that in the case i would be refunded automatically but 20 days after still nothing, where is the problem at, on you or mastercad, do you have any idea ?

Really really bad website.

Really really bad website.
I tried to deactivate my fancentro account. Once I put in my information they cant recognise my email and theres nothing I can do to deactivate my account.

Hello, i have to pay 180 euros right now for something i didnt read right. I was to late with paying because i tought it was free after i canceled it. You've signed up for two subscriptions in November. One of them you canceled on the same day, but left another one active even though it was there, literally next line in a list on our self-care website. This Saturday you also canceled that one just easily, and an email confirming this had been successfully delivered to your email inbox.

Their customer support said that my purchase attempt was not successful and it didn't take charge, but it did took charges on my mastercard. I want to make sure that i cancelled my subscription. I hope they will reply. Thank you!

It happens sometimes when we have reasons to believe the customer is a fraudster, and automatically refund his payment seconds after it went through.
Depending on how the issuing bank operates, funds may be returned to the card either within a minute or it may take a day. If it's your card indeed - check it with the bank.

Can be better, can't be worse
So i bought merchandise on a website that used this "company" called centrobill (the site realised his mistake and never used centrobill again).
But what is so horrible about centrobill? I bought a one time merchandise and they made me a membership which i didn't asked and didn't even got mentionned off (I have rechecked all mails, not a single informations concerning this or multiple payment are mentionned). Then they apparently refunded me (which is a lie, I went through all my bank account recording) and asked me to pay them back.
Repaying them with the refunded money is fine, if it exists, but paying them back for things they made me bought without me knowing? I think I'll pass.
Good advice, if find a site using Centrobill, don't make a payment, unless if you want to pay 3 times the initial price.
I now understand why Centrobill is so badly rated.

Do NOT trust this company

Do NOT trust this company. They scammed me out of $130 and are refusing to refund it. Upon doing the one month “free” trial, I was NEVER informed that my account would be charged on a monthly basis, without my being aware or informed of the charge. They WILL steal your money and they WILL blame you for it.

In general, we appreciate honest reviews. In conversation with our customer support staff, you specifically threatened us with bad reviews though. We think your review contains false statements, we disagree with it and will stand right.
You have explicitly agreed to the terms of purchase, we have provided you with email copies of those terms back then. There is not a word there that it was "free". You have canceled your subscription just easily on December 2nd, provided "purchased by mistake" as a cancelation reason. So words "scam" and "steal" are not applicable to this case.

Scammed For my Money

I had previously bought content from this site so my cc information was already on file. This is important to remember. I was just browsing the website on my phone and looking at an influencers page i tried to click the down arrow to see more information about her packages but accidentally clicked the subscribe to snapchat button that is placed right under it for whatever reason. Without any type if warning or verification of card info, if I actually wanted to buy, i was charged and fan centro said i put my cc info for a purchase so they couldn’t do anything, but my cc was already on there and there was no warnings that my account was about to be charged. Dont trust this website they will just steal your money

Fancentro is such a scam

Fancentro is such a scam. I wanted to do a free trial for a model just to see what it was all about, and I got charged the full amount for the service anyway, with no warning that I would be charged during the free trial. Not only that, but when I try to cancel the subscription, it doesn't even show up that I have one, despite me being charged for it. And anytime I email fancentro for a response, i get nothing. Do not trust this service. Now all I want is a refund, because I have very little money currently and I have no interest in continuing this service.

We do not charge for free trial subscriptions, but rather instruct customers' bank to reserve an amount on the card to confirm the availability of the funds. If the trial access canceled, funds are released automatically.
Your case is different though - as per our information your payment didn't even go through. If there were some funds reserved at your card during the communication process between our bank and yours, your bank should have released them automatically.

When I first bought my account I just wanted to give the service a try. Wanting a trial for Brazzers, I was also given one for Reality Kings that I didn't sign up for. I cancelled my trial within the hour it begun and have received a confirmation email that my Brazzers trial has been ended and I have not been charged. I've tried to do something similar with the service I DIDN'T sign up for but have yet to receive an email stating it's cancellation. Could the Centrobill team please shed some light on my situation? Billing for unused services

This company has tried to charge me for a service I haven’t used numerous times now.
I did sign up for a trial subscription, but immediately cancelled the rest of the subscription. Yet they still try to charge me, giving me numerous deadlines and threatening to send debt collectors my way.
When I cancelled the subscription, I was offered a few deals which I refused. It’s becoming annoying now, getting all these e-mails for no reason.
