I have made several attempts to contact CentroBill, but i have not received a single response to them. All I want to do is cancel my membership. I can't get into my login, and as of now I don't even remember my login. I've been forced to freeze my card, just in case they charge me again. I would like to talk to an actual person, cause the self center is not helping me at all. Very unprofessional.

Sounds scammy... I mean fishy...
Just from reading the reviews on this gives me a picture of what this company is like. For some reason, all of the customers seem to be wrong according to their support team replies. Yet they still claim they’re a legitimate business that isn’t scamming people. I’d be very hesitant to give this company any credit card info based on their tactics...

I have no idea what this site is
I have no idea what this site is, but apparently we have been getting charged $24.99 a month since at least last February, maybe longer. I just noticed the charges today since that credit card does not get used very often. I was able to cancel this "service", and I am glad that these fraud charges were finally noticed. The credit card number that they have on file for me isn't even my real credit card number, so I have no idea how the charges have been showing up in my statements. We were able to dispute them. Judging by other peoples posts/complaints in which they all have been responded to by Centrobill in a condescending manner, it simply goes to show what kind of business and customer support team that they have. Just seeing that would be enough to make me never want to visit their site again. Please be careful.

Cancelled my subscribtion on 20/11/2019. And i would be able to access the subscribtion till 20/12/2019. Now it is 29/1/2020 and i am being charged 25 dollars for something i cancelled 2 months ago. so i've contacted them and i only got a e-mail about identity theft and that i should contact a other company. but if i go to that company they send me back to centrobill. I just want my 25 dollars back and i would like ensurance that it will not charge me the next month. There is no such thing as a one time payement. So you're either lying or scamming me. And i would've gotten a e-mail would i not? And funny how it is on the 20th of january, the date that my subscribtion should've continued if i did not cancel it.

Centrobill is a SCAM
Centrobill is a SCAM . They charged me for a free trail and added another free trail when I had no idea and they deducted an amount of $80 from my account which they called pre-charged.after noticing a drastic change I cancelled my subscription with them and I was suppose to get my refund back and it never came they re-billed me for one of my subscriptions that so called ended before the 24 hours this is totally absurd that they are cheating people off their hard earn money so if I do not get my refund back centrobill I’ll take legal actions and I mean it

Listen to all the one star reviews about not being able to log in to cancel. Its a straight up scam they act like your email isn’t recognized so you are unable to cancel the subscription in time. Also when you sign up for ONE free trial it pre-charges you TWICE. One charge of 30$ a month for the one you are interested and the second they try to sneak in there hoping you don’t notice another 30$ a month for something you aren’t interested in. So that way when you can’t log in they charge you 60$ a month. They bait you with the free trial then offer TERRIBLE and SLOW customer service just so they can steal 60$ of you at least once for the first month. For anyone in this situation I recommend contacting your bank and dispute the charges immediately. Don’t bother even attempting to deal with their trash customer service.

If you're reading this you've already had your money stolen by them or one of their other companies. There is a reason why your bank calls you and ask you if you authorized this transaction. I have raised a dispute and will be getting my money back due fraudulent use of my debit card.

I’ve done business with the site before…
I’ve done business with the site before and didn’t have problems but this time around I purchased a free trial once and then I got 1 notification that said I purchased trial then when I went to cancel it hours later due to inactivity I noticed that I had two separate orders so I canceled both hoping not to get charged for either but now that I look at my pending charges it now says I have THREE separate orders all charging 29.99! And one says “STC-1” I’m really hoping not to get charged around 100 dollars for something that I’m not even using at all and also i logged back into the center bill and it’s still popped up in active but when I click on it the cancel option isn’t available please if I can have someone get back to me ASAP thank you !
A big scam
I signed up for the free trial and didn’t get what I was promised fast enough so I wanted to cancel it but every time I try to cancel it the website tells me there I’m using the wrong email. I checked and checked and made sure it was right but it keeps telling me that so I can’t log in to cancel it. Now I’m gonna be charged for something I don’t want and can’t cancel, and it seems that this happens a lot. They purposely set it up so that you can’t get in to cancel your subscription so that way they can keep charging your card.

UNAUTHORISED AND FRAUDULENT USE OF MY CREDIT CARD.....
This company charge my credit card twice 1 1/8 / $9.99 in on the 9th for$9.99 I emailed them and they don't respond I go on their website and look in their billing and they don't even have the record of me making an order but they build my credit card the website in which I bought tokens on don't show that I paid but anything but my credit card has charges on it from your company you need to contact me ASAP this is ridiculous and I will pursue this legally if you guys do not get back to me within a timely manner
Update;
I guess customer satisfaction is not Centrobills goal because I tried to explain to them that they're bouncing checks in my account because they took my money out of my account causing all these bounced checks...seems like they really could care less because I haven't heard back from them and now it's going to go through this weekend britches BULLCRAP!!! Needless to say I will not do business with them again

I tried to cancel my subscription but when I was asked to enter my email it is telling me that's not the email I used to purchase the subscription. However, when I go to the actual website and put it that same email, it is telling me number of tries exceeded indicating that it is the correct email.
I even attempted to put in a random email at that login screen and its still saying number of tries exceeded...
