I want to begin by apologising that we were late calling you. Our advisor appointment slots start 9am and the advisor allocated to you was caught on an inbound call which led to a 10 minute delay. Unfortunately this is something that was out of our control. With regards to your email, this was not seen by the adviser before your allocated time so it was not possible to call you any earlier.
As you will know from other reviews, your view of our service is both far from the quality of service we aim to deliver and the vast majority of those rating us here (our current average rating is 4.6 out of 5).
Regardless, we will take your feedback on-board and ensure that there are less delays if you ever need to use us again in the future.
