I placed a return for the tire

I placed a return for the tire. The company suggested a courier partner, and I sent it through them as advised. After 20 days, I hadn't received any updates, so I inquired about it. Now they are saying that the courier seems to have been misplaced by the vendor. However, I can see that the product was delivered to the location in a timely manner. They are now delaying the refund in this case. I spent 450 plus euros for nothing. This is unimaginable. I do not recommend this website to anyone anymore.

Received wrong tyres (runflat instead of regular)

Ordered non runflat tyres, received runflat. for two - no, stickers, rubber looking strange - as if these were some refurbished tyres! other two were looking good but still wrong. I was however contacted by customer support, who insists a bit that i received the right thing. Let’s see how it goes. Errors on website are not a good thing, hope to be fully reimbursed.

I ordered 4 sets of tires, one wan unfortunately already more than 4 years old. Sending them back and getting reimbursement was OK so I am satisfied.

I ordered 2 tires in July, but they never arrived due to a false “wrong address” claim. Shipping was still charged. No customer support, no accountability. I do not recommend this company.

Customer Complaint Regarding Undelivered Tires and Poor Service

In July, I purchased two tires from your company and provided my workplace address for delivery. Despite the fact that my workplace receives multiple deliveries every day without any issues, I was informed that the shipment could not be delivered due to an "incorrect address." This explanation is unacceptable, as no other deliveries have ever encountered such a problem at this location.

What’s even more frustrating is that I was charged for the shipping costs, even though the items were never delivered to me. I attempted to contact customer service to resolve the issue, but I received no meaningful support or assistance. It became clear that your company lacks a proper customer protection policy and does not take responsibility for delivery failures caused by your logistics partners.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. Not only did I not receive the products I paid for, but I was also left to bear the financial burden of a failed delivery that was not my fault. I expected better service and accountability from a professional company. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your services to others.

SUPPORT is a total catastrophy

This is the 3rd time I am buying winter tires with this company. So far so good, but this time delivery is a catastrophy. The tracking from DPD stopped on november 18th and since then it shows only "Votre colis est en transit dans notre réseau" until today november 30th. The support of centralpneu.lu is a total catastrophy. The reaction is very sluggish and they are not helpful to solve the issue. It takes them 10 days after loosing tracking of the shipmement before sending a claim to DPD. And then I will have to wait 60 DAYS? (read their message of the ticket) They are not willing to cancel the order without costs for the customer (at least no proposal from them), which I suggested multiple times, so that I can place a new order as I need the tires quickly for a ski holiday trip.

Even if the general condition of the company foresees a 30 days delivery time (2-4 days is commercial marketing only), they could come up with a commercial proposal to satisfy the customer and they could handle the issue with DPD and simply send a new shipment with tires. They don't do.

Shame on them, this is how you make customers really unhappy. If they do not come up with a quick commercial solution i.e. cancelling this order without fees for the customer and sending a new shipment with the same tires ordered, this will be my last purchase with this company.

Read here their answer after 10 days of untracable shipmenent of the package, REALLY I will have to wait another 60 DAYS?

Delivery date overdue

The announced delivery date was not respected and I asked to be delivered to the mounting station, thinking the tires could be mounted shortly after delivery.
Unfortunately, this was not an evidence.
If I would have known, I would have bought locally.
