My experience of arranging a funeral plan…
My experience of arranging a funeral plan prior to death was a smooth, easy process thanks to the support provided by Hayley in your Lichfield office.
There was no pressure to complete; I was able to consider all my options at home. Hayley was very professional, efficient and patient; at no time did I feel pressurised to complete.
One further observation: it was unbearably hot weather on my final visit. Going forward, it might be worth considering some form of air conditioning in your Lichfield office for the benefit of both your staff and customers. Climate change is here to stay!
