I never received the item

I never received the item. They said they delivered it through USPS, and that was it. The USPS don't have the tracking number that the seller provided. Bad communication from the seller. I found out that there are many customers who didn't receive it at all.

Received a counterfeit cat toy

Received a counterfeit cat toy - they clearly copied the entire page from the legitimate Antarcking Wrestler website but what they sold and delivered to me (for the same cost!) was a cheap knock off. Do not buy from this website.

I got the new cat ball 2.0

I got the new cat ball 2.0, opened it straight away and switched it on for the cats who where enjoying the ball very much for 20mins then it broke.💔 so I emailed Celery pets but they still haven't got back to me a month later I even attached a photo with the ball in pieces. Myself and the cats are extremely. 😞

AVOID at all costs

AVOID at all costs. Terrible communication from the company. They don’t reply at times having to chase. Sent faulty item and they were avoiding a refund. Managed to agree a replacement and they lied on the tracking details said they’d sent and it was delivered yesterday but it wasn’t. When contacted again they refused to provide accurate tracking information and say “ Hello,

Pls don't worry.Your order is still in the normal transit.We will urge the logistics company to speed up the transportation.

I never received 2 orders

I never received 2 orders. I have emailed over and over and they keep sending back a form email. It says it was delivered but it wasn’t. I can’t get any help regarding this and it is just wrong. Never again. Ordered in February….nothing

No problems

I actually had no issues with my order from this company, but then reading the reviews makes me wonder if I should order again. The stuff is not top quality, but it’s been ok for what I wanted it for. I ordered a sleeping mat, a scratching post and some snacks. They arrived as described and were fine.
Maybe the stuff is coming from China, but doesn’t everything?

Ordered the speedy ball cat toy. It arrived from China, worked for about an hour and the died. Absolutely terrible product.

Absolutely garbage

Absolutely garbage. I got a mat that says clearly on it it's for babies not cats. Burst within minutes. I've asked for a refund. Don't think I'll get one 😕

Zero stars

Zero stars. I ordered a pet water mat that boasted it was made of good quality plastic material resistant to pets. Within the first 3 minutes there was a hole punctured in it. It was no better quality than a child’s float you can get at a dollar store. There was a picture of a baby on the package so it is clearly not made specifically for pets. Way overpriced garbage! Buyer beware. I have asked for my money back and will see how that goes!

What a waste of money

What a waste of money. Advert looked amazing to de fur cats and not have it flying about. I found out it was coming from China and After waiting nearly six weeks i spotted same company selling on Amazon for a third of the price. I emailed and said to cancel but no response for refund. It arrive. What a joke! Broken rubber stopper for a tea spoon of water only and even the brush frightened my usually placid cats who love a brush and ran a mile. Return address is a PO number but no paperwork to return so another waste of time.
I wish i had checked first. Facebook allow these adverts and i thought i would try. More fool me !! Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered 'Catsumo' branded toy for my…

Ordered 'Catsumo' branded toy for my cats. Give these guys credit, they stole the Catsumo advertising video and, then paid for a Sponsored Facebook advert to appear genuine.

Product arrived and it's a third the size of the real product, so your hand cannot go in it. It's made of polyester and synthetics, so a cat would take a pecosecond to rip it to shreds. The Catsumo authenticity patch is missing, as is the name on the chest of the product. The Japanese pattern on the sleeve is an absolutely awful rip-off.

I commented on their website and they immediately deleted my comment then blocked me, so had to put a grievence through Paypal to try get my money back.

This also highlights how these 'scammers' use sponsored adverts on FB to carry out the con. On mobiles and the app, sponsored adverts DON'T display the company name that paid for the ad. On your Home PC/MAC, it is displayed, alerting you. This is how I was caught out, like a wolly.

Don't touch Celery Pets. They are also named 'BrightSky'.
