Service was poor, although I had tracking staff told me for 2 days it hadn’t been received, even though it shown it been signed for by the staff. The bloke who I saw in brand when I was eventually told it was available to collect was miserable

Sadly due to there only being one…
Sadly due to there only being one member of staff behind the counter, it took forever to get served and then he bought the wrong order out?
I took the items that I needed for the job I was on , paid for that then left.
Will now have to go back to get the rest of the equipment.
