Excellent service by online order staff, Trafford Manchester staff were excellent with helping with returns and ordering the new update item's and arranging delivery, will defenetly reuse the Trafford department again. Bit disappointed with the internet part's lack of information, much preferred the catalogue.👍

Next day delivery... as advertised.
I placed my order before the 'next day delivery' deadline. By lunchtme on the following day I received a call confirming my order was available.
My order included parts that were not in stock at my local branch.
Collected the following morning as I was unable to get to the branch before it closed, but no drama for me.
