Ripped off.
Absolute joke of a company (Sunderland branch) Was refused (fobbed off) a refund when returning the faulty item within 2 weeks, the guy said he’d have to send it back to dewalt. I will be taking the matter further through the courts at there cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU’VE BIN WARNED 👎

Didn't even know my ordet had been…
Didn't even know my ordet had been dropped off at there branch. Told me it would be next day. Good job I had FedEx proof of delivery to show them it was delivered at the branch.
