i am not an electrician so called park royal on 31/1/24 for advice re ordering cable I needed clarity so called a few times the chap on the phone (didnt get name) was very helpful and patient. thereafter i had to pop into the park royal store a number of times trying to replace a GE mcb all the lads in there were very helpful notably ben , going out their way to help me get the most suitable items. Patient friendly professional and above all extremely helpful - fantastic customer service each time.

Due to delivery issues we had to procure order twice and after 3 weeks still werent given a refund although we have written twice to the branch.

I find the folks at CEF Park Royal to be friendly and very helpful. Good range of stock in the branch and can generally organise next day delivery if not in stock.
