I’ve been using this branch of CEF for…
I’ve been using this branch of CEF for some time and have to say they’re flawless. All the way from the counter such as Luke and Ben, all the way to back office such as Mark and Darren. All top tier staff and always make sure my needs are catered too as a self employed spark. Mike is always on hand via text even outside of hours for my queries too which is always super helpful.

Spotless and spot on service.
Just called into the Kettering branch and purchased some goods served by Luke. Nice mannered man who was straight on it. I had the use of the free coffee and dart board. Tidy shop and a very clean van sitting outside being washed by a friendly member of staff.

Disappointed order not to usual standard
Placed order for Friday delivery to local branch. Not contacted so called in late afternoon, not arrived. Called Saturday morning and still nothing. Called in to branch Monday morning and items there. Believe had been all weekend. Disappointed as delayed work. Also, suprised to pay delivery from Hub to branch. Next time will have delivered to home address

Experience was great
Experience was great - shop in Kettering knew their stuff. Was able to order items and get free delivery. Electrician came today and fitted. well happy with the service was local, Help was given at the shop, delivery was good and now parts are in - thank goodness we were waiting for heating thermostat. Will use again. Many thanks Kettering staff.
