I went to collect item the day after they had received it and they couldn’t find it, I had to go back the following day, they had found it, I was a little annoyed as it cost me time and petrol to have to go back.

They went above and beyond, even when the issue lay with the manufacturer. After telling them my predicament and the need to receive the product, they sent their own transport to collect the product from Rugby to ensure I could keep the tradesman working.

Cef Bromsgrove make everything so simple from new & existing orders any returns we have are always delt with quickly. Great bunch of lads in the branch too

Unbelievable customer service from head office and manager at my local Bromsgrove branch.
My order arrived quickly. Unfortunately 1 item was faulty but within 1 working day, a plan was in hand to sort a replacement.
I am a happy customer and will be returning for my ongoing project.

They advised me that the light fitting I had was no longer in production and contacted the manufacturer to find what fitting should be used to replace it.
They also advised that it would be quicker for me to order on line for home delivery than for the store to order in stock
All in all, great advice and service

I spoke to my branch, who agreed to price match a deal I had found elsewhere. The service was brilliant, the price was good and the item arrived the next day.
