Still waiting for my refund it wasn’t delivered when it was meant to

Great product and service.

We rang the Bangor store and the gentleman couldn't have been more helpful. We were looking for an unusual size pre-filled electric towel rail and he guided us through the products and helped us order the correct one and made sure it was delivered the next day. It's now in the bathroom and looks great.

I initially rang C.E.F in Bangor to get help concerning a lead acid battery for my torch. There were three variations of the battery avaliable to choose from.
The member of staff who answered the phone turned out to be very helpful, and answered all the questions I had put to him in a very professional and polite manner.
My whole experience of my purchase.....from the point of making the telephone call.....to the point of receiving the goods via a courier.....were very satisfactory indeed.

Only been in twice in one day to buy an item and had to go back in for a replacement but even from the first visit could tell the customer service was top notch and was proven by the second visit. Everyone's very friendly and helping will definitely be getting my supplies from here in the future

arrived 1 battery faulty,went to local cef in bangor next morning was told to phone milwaukee to sort replacement. after some discussion it was replaced, but not much helpfulness and about 1/2 hr hanging about

The website is easy to use and place an order after making the selection of what you require. Delivery was on the day asked for and everything arrived well packaged

they tend to have most items in stock or for delivery and are knowledgable. however i find it ridiculous that they charge you a delivery fee to deliver an item to store for collection. No other company does this and if its on their van coming anyway why is this passed onto customer? Also very poor communication as to if/when the item will be ready to collect and they often claim they have not received the item yet when you visit store to collect but it turns out they havent scanned it in and has been sat there for a few days waiting without you bei
