Great product, price and service

The purchasing process was simple. The installation and activation instructions were clear and easy to follow. I installed and activated Office quickly and successfully, without any issues.

Research the product you want to purchase.

My first key was not working so I got in touch with support and they gave me a new one but that also didn’t work. Finally they gave me one last key and it worked perfectly. They had fast and helpful response to my issue. Awesome customer service.

12 months sub lasted 3. Was asked for photos of everything but gave up as wasn't getting anywhere. Not great and would not reccomend.

Update: Shortly after posting my review and reaching out to them once more, I was contacted by their manager whom went through the case with me and in doing so realised they were indeed in the wrong. A full refund was offered. Had a sensible solution been made earlier on I wouldn't have left a poor review to begin with.

Original review: I ordered the software which did not work on day one. I went on holiday the following day for 3 weeks so had no access to a pc but I emailed them in advance to let them know the situation. I was told if I didn't activate the product within 15 days I would lose it, despite them admitting that the link they sent me was broken.

Upon returning from my holiday I tried to install said software and it still didn’t work, another problem with their instructional video. I e-mailed them twice to get some assistance and never heard from them.

In the end I had to purchase the software directly from Microsoft because I need it for work. So as it stands, I paid them £75 and got nothing for it.

I run my own business too, and I couldn’t imagine dealing with incidents in this manner. They have taken no responsibility for the fact that their product did not work on day one, and then ignored future correspondence.

Didn’t end up receiving the game for whatever reason. However they were on it straight away and I’ve received a full refund. Can’t complain at that.

Bought a 12 month playstation plus and only lasted 3 months, complained had receipts etc but everytime I sent them proof they were looking for they asked for something else!!! I gave up but certainly will never use them again

Ordering the product (23 MS Office licenses), the payment process, and even the delivery of the licenses were fast. One thing I would like to point out is that with that number of licenses, there is no option for offline installation (in case of slower internet, downloading the installation package with each installation will take more time).

Installing and activation of product MS Office 2024 was simple and without problems. I have been buy and installing this product 5 times at least.

Was sold a code that didnt work. Contacted them to request support or refund only to be told 24 hours that the code is for new customers only even though I had already explained I am trying to use the code on a completely new account. They are a scam who provide little to no support and customer service selling dodgy codes. Use at your own risk.
