Terrible sold me a region free key, which was for USA only, not UK. Would not refund or exchange.
The Key sold was an all region key which, lets face it sounds like its available for all regions! But no it was a USA key and as such useless to me. This was a birthday present for my son who was deeply upset when it didn't work. I was told as gesture of good will it would be put back on for resale and once sold I would get a refund, a less than perfect solution after being miss sold a product, but one I accepted. I checked back later and was told the key still had not been sold so I waited longer...until a few days ago when I was informed that it had been used by a different email and as such I was no longer able to receive my refund. I did not recognise the email they showed me so so it had obviously been resold by them and obviously their admin team have made an error. CDkeys if you are reading this the ticket number is #952195.

I've been using CD-keys for a very long time but on this occasion they sold me a code that wasn't stackable so when it came round to me actually using the code I found that it had already been used by someone else after complaining to CD-keys about this they said that there was nothing they could do about it, no refund nor a new useable code.i even gave evidence & was ignored

Everything was fine. The office license works perfectly. Just follow installation instructions

Paid for 12 months xbox gold pass and been given 3 month.
I complained and they gave me credit to get 12 months again which was also a 3 month pass.
So altogether I have a 6 month pass.
They are so slow at getting back and sorting their own problems out.

Ho comprato una chiave l’altro giorno e non sono riuscita ad utilizzare Microsoft Office perché mi dava errori nell’installazione e non posso reinstallare Office perché mi dice che la chiave è già stata attivata. Ho dovuto quindi attivare un abbonamento originale Office e ho chiesto il rimborso per la chiave non utilizzata a cd keys online. Loro mi hanno negato il rimborso di 15 euro dicendo che dal loro punto di vista va tutto bene. Sono molto affranto e non ritengo professionale un certo comportamento

I bought a product key the other day, but I wasn't able to use Microsoft Office because I kept getting errors during installation. Now, I can't even try to reinstall it because it says the key has already been activated.
As a result, I had to purchase a genuine Office subscription instead. I requested a refund for the unused key from CD Keys Online, but they denied my €15 refund, claiming that everything looks fine from their end. I am very upset, and I find this behavior highly unprofessional.

The email and password given to access the game were fake

Sending Xbox subscription codes that are not the correct length !!! Avoid at all cost, awful support service, keep going round in circles, it’s simple the code they send is 24 characters long but needs to be 25 characters to enter, vey poor wish I had paid Xbox full price, used CD keys for years never had a problem, definitely avoid ever using them again
