CCUSA was so incredibly helpful in getting me sorted this summer. I was the first person from my country to ever use their services and had no Visa Embassies or CCUSA representatives where I lived so went through CCUSA UK as it was the most applicable. Even with the difficulties of trying to figure out how to do everything they needed me to do given it was all brand new to them as well, they were so helpful in getting me sorted out. Every single person I spoke to was so kind and eager to help move the process along. Special thanks to David King who I had the most conversations with - super fast responses, always went above and beyond to answer my questions.

Dave from the get go was super helpful by telling me what i needed to do. Even in all the times where I was confused or unsure, he made the time to help me and explain anything I wasn’t sure about. If I was to go away again, I’d use CCUSA any day!

Price is great, we soon found out why.
Our agent was Marielle, she was great until we paid fully, then she became horrible and started not responding to our mails. My friends had a couple of fees to pay which had no explanation at all. I was kicked out of program because Marielle made an error pronouncing my name and claimed my job offer was fake.I got back to program after I proved it was legitimate. Horrible person who really does not care about you!

Excellent customer service throughout the visa process. For the last 3 summers I’ve used CCUSA and they’ve been nothing but first class.

This is a brilliant programme that sorts out all the important things for you and your travels. I am so happy that I was told about ccusa, I would have really struggled getting ready for America without this programme. They have made every thing so easy and really keep you on track with getting all the documents completed in a timely manner as well as always having people to contact if you are struggling with things or feeling stressed about anything. Thanks guys!

The reps from ccusa have provided nothing but clear cut concise information on a quick basis, both Dave and Georgia have been immensely helpful and always enthusiastic to do so despite surely dealing with lots of other applicants.

This was my first time using CCUSA, and I’m glad i decided to pick them! from the very start they were so helpful via emails and helping me with my account and starting me off with my application! They even didn’t mind that i was emailing over the weekends 🤣 and helped me calm my nerves and helped me sort out my visa and things like that! Was with me every step of the way!
Even though my application is now complete and i’m ready for my summer in america, they are still there for me, and helping me via emails, texts etc. If anyone is thinking of going to camp america definitely use CCUSA as you won’t be disappointed!😊

As a first-timer, CCUSA have made the whole process super easy to understand their incredibly helpful staff (especially Dave!) are quick to reply to any queries. I was lucky to be placed very soon after I applied into a lovely camp, and they have all been so helpful with the paperwork and organising reminders with plenty of time, so nothing has been rushed. I would absolutely recommend using CCUSA!

Their help and support was fantastic. Responses to my emails and (many!) questions were very fast and friendly and I was able to get my Visa confirmed today !!

This company has helped me throughout my entire application. Even me, a person who is new to ccUSA, and travelling alone, felt comfortable and "in the know" at every stage. The helpful one to one emails, messaging and regular reminder emails only made the process easy. I cannot recommend them enough if you are thinking in taking part in a summer camp.

Very accommodating and easy to deal with.

I’ve only ever used CCUSA as a returner so can’t speak of their placement process, however as a returner I have had a smooth and easy process each year with CCUSA. They are very on top of ensuring you complete and submit everything on time so the visa process is smooth and successful. It is very easy to communicate with any questions however silly I worry they might be, and even have a Whatspp number for quick contact.

I previously had a job as a Unit Councillor at a Girl Scout Camp in Summer 2017 through CCUSA. The process was seamless and I only had good things to say about the team. I wanted to return to my camp this year but they were not hiring international staff. The CCUSA team (particularly Dave and Georgia) were amazing at facilitating me find another camp. I have rung them multiple times to check things and they have always been very helpful. Despite many questions (sometimes about small things) they have always remained very welcoming to me. I now have a job as a Waterfront Instructor at a YCMA Girl Camp in Summer 2024 through CCUSA. It has been rocky and I could not have done it without all their help.

I have found that CCUSA have been great in helping me get ready to return back to summer camp and have also been excellent for my friend who will be a first time staff member this summer!

I switched to CCUSA for my second year at camp and it was the best decision! Caity is such an amazing support and keeps me right throughout the process. I feel so supported by this agency and would recommend to anyone!
