This is a terrible company with whom to deal. With in 2 hours of being notified that a shipment was being sent to me I contacted them to stop it, I eas told it had already shipped. It actually shipped two days later. They said to write RTD and return. I did and have waited a month still no refund. I contacted their office and they claim they do not have it. Their representitive "Ashley" was extremely condescending. BUYER BE WARE!!!!

They make it very difficult to unsubscribe.

Been ordering here for cbd products for some time, fast shipping and helpful customer service.

I've been ordering sleep gummies for 7 months. All of a sudden, the items I received are different from my subscription. Previously bought item is no longer available and they substituted a different one, without telling me. New item is twice the cost (previous had 60 gummies, new item only 30). When I went back to my "orders" it's showing the NEW item was purchased for 7 months. I still have the bottles to prove what I had purchased. Seems shady to me...and unfortunately the product just isn't working as expected - must take 3 at a time to work.

I was notified AFTER my order was placed that the product was back ordered. I waited almost 3 weeks before cancelling the order. The company did not provide updates during this time. Customer service response was good when I contacted them but I feel the company is not on top of stock issues. They should have proactively provided communication when the stock issue went into weeks, not just a few days.

Bought their roll on freeze topical from a local CBD vendor. This stuff was separated and yellowed despite the expiration date showing good for 2 more years. I contacted CBDMd support and they simply said "not our problem"

Like the product but was trying to make an exchange for an order.I put wrong item in my cart but 3weeks still never heard back If I can exchange.

Terrible company. I participated in a study for them as a volunteer with whoop. They offered a free VIP box for a review at the end of the study. I thought why not.

3 months of ignored emails, people unable to find someone in the marketing department despite working in the same company, and ignoring the better business bureau on top of it for another month. In the end they just don’t care about their customers.

A year ago, I bought roll-on, 300mg CBD from another company. They worked okay for my pain.
Several weeks ago I looked at CBDmd 750mg FREEZE roll-on. They offered an extra discount for a 3 roll-on order over time. I figured it's twice as strong as my previous experience so I paid the 3 month order.
Upon receiving and trying the first can for a week, I realized that there was no medicinal affect. NONE!
I phone contacted customer service. He said I would lose 10%, about $9, because I used 'prepay'. Not about to start an argument, I said to return my money and let me know how to return the useless can. He said I'd get an email with details.
Well, just 2 hours later, the email said only that; "You have successfully canceled your cbdMD Subscribe & Save service and will no longer receive new shipments."
Nothing about getting my money back.

I’ve been using their products for two years now. I love all their products. I’ve been trying to order the sleep gel pills and whenever they have a sale, “they sell out” which isn’t true. Today is national hemp day and they had a 60% off coupon to use it sold out within four hours. What is the point of not selling enough product if I can’t get your product? It’s extremely difficult to get the products I’d like whenever they are on sale if they “sell out” which I’m not buying which I’m because in a week they’ll be right back on the shelf after the sale is over guaranteed it just makes me go look somewhere else which is sad because I’ve been giving them all of my business for the last two years. I’ve spent over $3000 on their product. I’ve told my friends about them and I even bought stock in them. Sad I have to look elsewhere.

I can't take CBD products due to medications I'm taking so I never signed up for the emails from this company. Somehow I'm always getting spam emails from them. I'm not exaggerating when I say they send an email every single day. I'm not sure if unsubscribing will stop the emails. Even if I do, what are the chances I'll get more spam emails from other companies? My email automatically sends them to spam folder but I hate seeing how clogged they are, especially when I'm trying to find an email that accidentally got marked spam.

Got scammed. Just bought 7500mg cbd oil. Ineffective, looks and tastes like nothing, didn't do anything for me until I took 5 times the dosage. Very expensive, but they did give me a refund. Going back to Cbdistillery.

Have been taking their gummies for a few years, and never had any issues. Shipping is fast, products are very reasonably priced, have consistent quality, and customer reps are always friendly whenever I've needed to reach out. Highly recommended for CBD beginners and even seasoned connoisseurs!

WHERE TO START…first, it took THREE reshipment requests and a month to receive my product. Then the product SUCKED. It did not work at all and I’m almost 100% sure it doesn’t actually contain melatonin. But what gets me is that I’ve tried posting my review on the product 3 times and every single time it’s been deleted. They are deleting bad reviews of their products. Which is why I bought from them in the first place because they had great reviews. Now I know why. I even emailed telling them I saw it get deleted and they blamed it on a marketing issue and told me they’d let me know when it’s resolved. A month later and nothing. So I posted again, I verified it by email and then the next day the review is gone. For the third time, I’ve tried leaving a review and they’ve deleted it for the third time. When I emailed telling them I’m onto them, suddenly they stop responding. This is unethical considering it’s a product people are ingesting. This is a dangerous and fraudulent product, beware!!

Oh and I’ve reported to the FTC and BBB and I’ve also been screen recording everything for proof.

I received a threat on my site asking to put their backlink on mine and to leave some 5 star fake reviews.

If I did not they would spam me and attack my site further. Stay away from this scam company.

They are based out of bangledesh. No quality in the products, they are probably just regular gummy bears repackaged

CBDMD products can't be trusted for quality. I started using their products (gummies, topical freeze, etc.) after learning about them from a Joe Rogan podcast. In October of 2021, I re-purchased their premium Freeze 300 Pain Relief gel; a product I've used many times and loved! When this arrived I could tell that something was different with the formula. Didn't smell the same, didn't have that wonderful tingly sensation, and did not seem to relieve pain. I called their customer service hotline and the man I spoke with seemed indifferent to my concerns but offered a refund. He assured me that the ingredients had not changed in any way and the formula was the same, so, taking his word, I continued to use the product. After a few weeks of using this on my knee and ankle, both areas where the product was used on my skin broke out in an itchy and sore rash with raised red bumps; the only place on my body that had these. I contacted customer service again and had the following conversation: "I can't find your order, sorry. call us again when you can give us your order number. Formula hasn't changed" While on the phone with this lady, I logged into my account and was able to pull up my order immediately - the same email I provided her with. This time, CBDMD's customer support staff did appear somewhat concerned but referred my call to a higher-level support team that would reach out to me by email.

In the meantime, I contacted the FDA's MedWatch and filed a consumer report bringing their attention to what occurred with this unregulated product.

CBDMD gave me a refund and some points to use toward other purchases but the damage is done. Reputation and my trust both for the quality of their products, genuine concern from customer service staff, and their response has lost a customer. There are a LOT of other competitors in this product space so I'm looking for a locally sourced, high quality, similar product line.
