Perfect purchase and well-designed website.

The product was exactly as described, checkout and payment were easy and trouble-free.
Customer service was polite; the only small downside was that package tracking wasn’t available, so I couldn’t track it… but it did arrive.

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE MY JUMPER!!!! Took a little over two weeks to arrive (as expected for a small company) so I was very happy with the speed. The quality of the sam fender jumper I got is unreal, it’s warm, soft and didn’t bobble in the wash nor did any of the text crack or come off. I wore my jumper to electric picnic and had SO many compliments and it kept me warm in the super cold weather

Terrible company

Terrible company.
I ordered a SF top, never received it, was refunded, and promised a replacement that never came. Weeks later — still nothing. Empty promises, no reliability, and a complete waste of time. Avoid Cavasa at all costs.

Amazing Oasis Dublin football shirt however......

First of all lets start with the positives on the order

The Oasis Dublin "live forever" shirt is simply amazing and great quality - purely unique and up there if not surpasses the Adidas official Oasis merch in my opinion - highly recommend.

However, the not so good is the lack of communication when you place the order, minimal updates and feel you have to chase them to find out what is going on with your order, even then not guaranteed to get a reply - if they could get these issues sorted then this would have been a perfect transaction.

Given a 5 Star TP review as blown away by the quality of the product and for that reason this beats the issues with the lack of communication.

Very Bad Service

I emailed a week ago was told it would be here, emailed again yesterday and was told it would be sent out with an post express, waited all morning for an post and no order arrived I’m so annoyed and now they have stopped contact, concert is tomorrow and I am now well aware I will have nothing for it such a scam, I will never order from this company ever again. I would like my money back. ****UPDATE***** Company contacted via automated email on the 15th the day before and advised customers the stock as stuck in a fedex hanger and we could request a refund which I did and absolutely no reply back complete silence from cavasa, but they can post on Instagram but not reply to customers???? ****UPDATED AGAIN AS REQUESTED BY CAVASA FOR MORE INFORMATION**** cavasa refunded me today only because I left my review, now if you could please stop asking for me to update my review as you need further information to understand my experience as it’s so annoying. Nothing but complete honesty in my review.

Love it!

Was a bit worried that I wouldn’t receive my top in time for upcoming oasis gig due to the 4/5 week with it being a pre order - emailed the guys & they acted quickly to ensure I got the top in time! Would order again!

Outstanding Customer Service!

I was hoping to buy two shirts for the Oasis gigs but noticed they were custom made and would take weeks to arrive. I reached out via the online chat to see if there was anything they could do. They were incredibly helpful – they checked stock availability and guided on which sizes would work best.

I placed the order on Wednesday, the shirts were dispatched promptly, and they arrived by Friday – just in time for the gigs! Brilliant service, great communication, and really appreciated the extra effort to help me out. Highly recommend!

Ordered x2 Sam Fender drill tops on 1st…

Ordered x2 Sam Fender drill tops on 1st march with 4-6 week delivery time finally recieved the top after 13 weeks nearly double the time stated in the description and when communicated with seller just kept telling me they are due next week numerous times. Given 3* as the products once delivered are actually good quality and have also had a sweater off them before which they already had in stock so was sent out much quicker
