Horrific service, poor communication and HUGE delay - 3 month delivery time.
I placed an order on 22nd February as a birthday present for a friend and was promised a 4-5 week delivery.
I heard nothing after this, with 4 weeks passing. I have since messaged 4 times.
The first time, I was told there were ‘customs delays’ and that it would be with me within a week. It did not arrive.
I was then told, following another message, that there were manufacturing delays and it would be finished within 48 hours then delivered. It was not.
After another message, I was told that they had now started production and would be finished in the coming days then delivered. It was not.
My final 3 messages were ignored (in which I requested a refund be issued) and the item only arrived with me today, 21st May, a whole three months after I ordered.
In the middle of all this, I received an email offering 50% off my next order which I could only interpret as a joke - a refund of 50% would have been more reasonable.
An absolute disgrace, and I would not recommend at all. Very disappointed with this company.
Placed order, not received item
Placed my order on 31st March, confirmation stated delivery would be in 4-5 weeks. Almost 6.5 weeks post ordering and still no signs.
Emailed Cavasa on 9th May, no reply.
Messaged on Facebook 12th May asking for an update, received this reply:
Pretty sure Talgarth Town is ready this week... We will put. A Chase on it
My reply was requesting a refund on postage due to them not adhering to their stated 4-5 week period - this was ignored.
I messaged again asking for an update on 14th May - ignored no reply.
I messaged again on 15th May (today) - ignored once again.
Avoid
3 months for the order to arrive and the quality is really poor. Ignore the deluge of (clearly fake) 5 star reviews Avoid.

Happy Purchaser
Ordered two Galway jumpers at end of January. Was unsure on sizing so ordered two sizes (M and L). At the outset when ordering, the communication was clear that there was a lead time of about two months for delivery(thereby taking it up to end March by the time I would receive my tops).
At end March / early April, I got clear email communication from Cavasa stating that delivery times were going to be further delayed by 3 / 4 weeks due to supply chain issues. I was also separately in contact with a very responsive fella called Callain who provided reassurance.
The tops arrived last week and the quality surpassed my expectations. Due to the standard of the tops, instead of returning the size that fits least best and seeking a refund, I've asked to swap with another of the larger size that fits.
In summary, yes lead times aren't great but they are upfront about that so a buyer can have no complaints on that front.
I would recommend buying from this seller.
Quality & Communication Excellent
Communication overall was excellent when ordering and enquiring about lead times and Q&A - I really got the feeling they are legit and was not disappointed with the quality when the gear arrived. I would advise people to size up as they are a little on the neat side but I also put on a few KG since choosing my size so its a little on me also. Size exchange has been offered. One thing really stands out and thats the quality its far better than I expected. I would recommend buying from this seller.

Ordered two retro tops in December with…
Ordered two retro tops in December with a delivery time 5-7 weeks. Contacted Cavasa at the end of January for an update to be told all products over the festive period didn’t commence until mid January due to festive period and would be expecting these tops in three weeks. Fair enough. Contacted again end of February and they said we are expecting them in 10 days. To cut a long story short I have had no communication at all unless it has been myself contacting them and every time I do it’s always we are expecting them in ten days. We are now nearly in May and I still don’t have any of these items. Contacted today and asked for a refund. I get that these things take time to make but cmon nearly four months!!!! They don’t even contact you to let you know there have been a delay or issues.
2 month wait and terrible quality
Ordered a hoodie on 20 Feb, was told there would be a 4-5 week wait. Over 8 weeks later and still had heard nothing so sent an email. Finally received the hoodie today (24 April) and it is terrible quality. Very disappointed

I have placed 2 seperate orders with cavasa one for a mid layer and the other a polo shirt, both with our local Celtic supporters crest, Both were good quality, 1st order came on time but the 2nd took a long time due to some material sourcing issues, by way of an apology they sent me a club tracksuit pants as a free gift, which I appreciated.
