Unfortunately I’m experiencing despicable attitude when I accepted to having this product repaired . I have paid £80 including a new adaptor however almost a month on and I still have not received items . I’ve involved my Bank and Trading Standards . It may be the courier’s lousy fault as it keeps showing it’s in transit however CatWatch are not being helpful and have not issued me a refund which they should have by now . Their Sales advisor Alfred Wiley has been most condescending telling me ‘ I will just have to wait ‘ even after all this time . I feel I have to make you all aware of this trouble and unacceptable treatment I am getting .
