I ordered the faith bag recently and unfortunately I didn't like it the way I thought I would.

It's very beautiful, a gorgeous colour and lots of pockets, but there are two reasons that ruined it for me.

1. The stitching in a lot of places was uneven, and looked like the holes in the leather were fraying and ripping, straight out of the package. In some places the threading was very wonky and going in a different direction and missing the holes for the stitches, and I just think that for £70 this shouldn't be happening.

2. The bag I ordered was in the shoulder bag category, yet when I put it on my shoulder I had to try very hard to keep it on. The space between the bag and the handle was very small, and I compared it to my other shoulder bags and noticed that it was quite a noticeable difference unfortunately.

I bought it from debenhams and left a good review on there before I properly checked it because I was sure that everything was good, but after trying it on properly and inspecting it, that's when I noticed these issues.

Unfortunately I cannot return it since I've already taken off the labels and tissue paper and everything (I won't be making the same mistake again, from now on I will be thoroughly checking everything before I take anything off) so I am trying to sell it on vinted currently.

Maybe the other bags are better, I'm not sure, but for this particular "faith" bag, I can't recommend it to others :(

Customer service is faultless. I had to return a purse twice, as the lining in the zip compartment came away after just a few months. They are so quick to respond and offered me a refund, but I accepted a replacement which arrived swiftly.

I came across this company by accident and liked the look of them. I bought the Jane shoulder bag in blue and had to leave a review. My bag came beautifully wrapped, the quality is excellent, such soft leather and the big charm is delightful. Definitely the nicest bag I’ve ever bought.

Brought my catwalk cross body bag a couple of moago and although the actual bag is ice and has enough room for me the leastap is awful, I it's so difficult to stop it from twisting and very stiff as it's too late for me to return it , I'm having to now buy another stap to be able to use the bag.
The leather strap no matter how ig is clipped on to each side of the cross body bag twists and j have to straighten it ,the problem is with the swivel mechanism on each end of the strap.

This beautiful bag is my Daughter's name and had dear little Cat charms on it!
