I purchased a subscription to the "app"…

I purchased a subscription to the "app" and after trying to navigate this for 2 days I found the food tracking very difficult. It's hard to track precisely when the app isn't updated to include all foods and brands and made it very hard work to track. Very disappointed with this aspect of it as it's quite unmotivating. Emailed support to request a cancellation which was completed quickly however refunds are not offered and apparently there is no trial period, I personally find this unfair as a consumer because for the price I would expect to be atleast able to track my food accurately. £35 down the drain when I could have just used a more well established app such as oner. Would not recommend at all. I'm also not sure a blanket "no refunds" surpasses consumer rights laws

My body is stronger post partum!

I signed up for training with Cat Jane for around 6 months when I was 6 months post partum. I’ve learned so much about tracking calories, prioritising protein, daily step count and good habits. I had really severe pelvic pain during pregnancy and Cats tailored workouts have helped me strengthen it so much that I rarely get pain anymore. My body feels so much stronger and I’ve even been able to go for a few runs with no knee pain. Amazing, I’ve just signed up to Cats active mum club so that I can continue my journey and keep doing the workouts which I’ve really enjoyed. Would 100% recommend!

Cat has a unique way of coaching…

Cat has a unique way of coaching individuals and tailoring the plans to suit each individual. I have found over the last 12 months how to track my calories properly and to complete each work, water intake etc. thank you for all your guidance and support

Cat is just the most perfect coach for…

Cat is just the most perfect coach for a woman who is trying to do it all and needs support, guidance and encouragement without the feeling of fear or guilt being laid on them

I absolutely loved the app, the weight lifting program and scheduling and the nutrition plan that allowed me to eat more food than i knew i could without restricting myself. I have been re educated on what my body needed to operate optimally.

Thank you everything, i will be back ❤️

From the moment I signed up 12 months…

From the moment I signed up 12 months ago, I knew I’d made a great choice in choosing Cat to help me reach my goals. She is supportive, caring, realistic and understands that life as a busy working Mum of two can sometimes can get in the way of exercising and eating healthily.

This was always about changing my mindset and my relationship with food and exercise and I can honestly say that my mental and physical health are so much better as a result of working with Cat.

I’m back in my pre-pregnancy clothes and feeling strong in the gym; and finally feel that I’m able to carry on my journey alone. However, I know that Cat will be there for me if I start losing my way again.

I’ve just finished a year’s journey with 1 to 1 coaching with Cat and honestly I wish id of joined sooner. I really cant recommend her enough!
I set off as a new mum of two and wanting to feel good about myself again, id originally started with a 3 month goal to feel confident at a friends wedding and to change my habits. And here I am a whole year later the fittest and lightest I’ve ever been! I’ve always been on a ‘diet’ of some sort and been on a forever circle of restricting myself and getting fed up and binging. This time I wanted to change, I’ve been following Cat on Instagram throughout my second pregnancy and knew that this time I wanted to change and do it properly. Honestly signing up to Cat has done exactly that! I’ve completely changed my mindset, I never once felt restricted I made small changes that are manageable and of course I still enjoyed the food I love (because food is life right!) and also still enjoyed a few prosecco nights with the girls because that’s what Cat shows you its all about balance and being realistic. We’re here for the long run not a quick fix. Cat is relatable and incredibly helpful, she’s like having a little cheerleader in your pocket and she’s always there to help you on your journey, she a mum too and she gets it not everyday is perfect and that absolutely fine. I’ve lost a total of 15.7kg and honestly couldn’t feel better! I’ve just been on my first family holiday feeling confident in a bikini! But not just that I’m the fittest I’ve ever been and I’m loving how good I feel in clothes which I had completely lost myself after baby number 2. If you’re thinking of joining do it! I’m now continuing my journey with Cat and have just signed up to the Active mum club.

Cat was absolutely amazing and so supportive for the entire time i was with her..
I gained lifelong knowledge of nutrition and also some great habits..
I learned to control social situations and not have so much food anxiety..
Im taking with me all that ive learned and keep consistant(Cat's favourite word)and continue to reach my goals..

Highly recommended CJF

I’ve had such a great experience with CJF! I first joined three years postpartum, after struggling to lose the weight on my own. Cat helped me reach my weight loss goal and significantly improve my fitness levels.

I continued working with her through my second pregnancy and was able to stay fit and strong the whole way through. After giving birth, we picked things back up about eight weeks postpartum, easing back into workouts. Over the past nine months, I’ve reached my pre-pregnancy weight and feel fitter and stronger than ever, a complete transformation compared to my last postpartum experience.

I can’t thank Cat enough for her support, guidance, and motivation. I truly wouldn’t have achieved my postpartum goals without CJF. Excited to keep building on this progress with Cat in the Active Mums Club!

Best decision ever!

Wow what can I say! I had followed cat for 18 months before taking the first step to enquire about her coaching. From the very first moment I spoke with Charli who asks you what you want to achieve, I felt at ease and that this way right for me. I honestly can’t believe the difference in myself since starting this journey. When I first signed up with Cat I was stuck in old habits, eating too little calories, felt tired all the time and doubting whether I could ever make real changes that lasted.
From day one, the support has been incredible. It’s not just about workouts or meal plans, it’s about building a healthier lifestyle that actually fits me. With Cat always there to guide, encourage, and keep me accountable, I’ve been able to create habits that feel natural, not forced.
I’ve lost weight, yes, but more importantly, I’ve gained confidence, energy, and a whole new way of looking at my health. I’ve enjoyed the process (something I never thought I’d say!) and it’s made me realise that change doesn’t have to feel like punishment.
What makes the biggest difference is knowing I’ve had someone in my corner every step of the way. Cat celebrates the wins, the non scale victory’s (as I’ve learnt it’s not always about the number you see on the scales) helps me through the challenges, and makes the whole journey feel achievable. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach. The way Cat coach is amazing and fits in being a mum of 3! Although I’m leaving Cats 121 coaching i’m not leaving completely as I’ve joined her active mum club as I love the ease of the workouts and to stay accountable to myself. Thank you Cat, I would recommend Cats coaching in a heartbeat. One of my best decisions ever!!!

Brilliant coach and programme

Cat is everything you could want in an online coach. She is authentic, motivating, kind, encouraging and supportive. It is like having your own cheerleader! The experience is bespoke and tailored to my needs. During check ins Cat really makes an effort to understand how you are feeling as a client and what further support is needed. It is early days in my journey but already I am making changes. Thank you Cat for not only transforming my body but more importantly transforming my mind to a healthy and happy mindset that is not restricted!

100% would recommend!

I have followed Cat for a few years now on instagram and after trying and failing to lose baby weight myself, I knew Cat would be the answer for post partum. Cats plan has been amazing, the food tracking on her app is super simple once you know your way around. The daily check lists of your steps and water is really helpful to at just making sure you’re getting that daily and seeing you tick everything off daily and on a streak motivates you to keep going. I loved the work out plans given every block, some exercises are ones I have wanted to do in the past but not been confident enough and Cat has encouraged me to do them and go up on weight on a weekly basis. Cat really pushes you in the best possible way to believe in yourself that you can do more if you give it a try whilst also been super understanding of circumstances of mum/family life and knowing when things aren’t always possible due to this. Cat has shown you can balance it all, staying on track and still enjoying life and social events. Cat thank you for everything, I can’t wait to keep my journey going and keep showing up for myself. I am feeling so much more confident and like myself again. You have built an amazing community for woman and are a fantastic and supportive coach. Couldn’t recommend you highly enough!!

5 stars for Cat!

What drew me to Cat in the first place was the fact she was a mammy to a young family. I felt she would just be the best trainer as she would understand the reality of small kids. And I wasn’t wrong. Cars approach to it all was tailored to work for me as a mammy and not against me. I learnt so much in terms of calories and exercises but also the fact that it’s ok to take time for me. This has been a huge mind shift for me and now I know and understand that I’m a better mammy when I take time for me. And some days won’t always go to plan but that’s ok.

Anyone who is considering starting

Anyone who is considering starting - do it! Cat is amazing. I joined the 1-2-1 coaching because I really wanted to become the healthiest version of myself and my partner & I wanted to start trying for a family in the near future. I’d attempted going to classes at a well known gym but after being left feeling so humiliated by one of the instructors I knew I needed to find someone I would feel comfortable with and Cat is that person! She is the loveliest person first of all and makes things so relatable. Cat tailored my workouts to accommodate the equipment I had at my office gym and was always so responsive to any questions I had. The app is very easy to use and it’s nice that you’re part of a group with others going through their own journey who you can message too. Over the course of the 6 months, I gained so much happiness. The guidance on nutrition and meal prep helped massively, having a protein breakfast to start the day really helped me not to have headaches which I used to suffer a lot with. And bit by bit I could see my body changing, becoming sculpted and I became stronger. For someone who usually quits within the first month, this is the longest I have ever committed to anything! The only reason I stopped 1-2-1 is because I became pregnant and decided the pregnancy journey is keeping me busy enough! However I’ve purchased the 2nd & 3rd trimester workouts to follow when I choose. But I know I’ll be back to the 1-2-1 in the future! :)

Highly recommend

I came across Cats profile on instagram and knew she was the trainer for me to help me lose the baby weight after having my 2nd daughter. Her training programme fitted in so well with my busy life and because she is a mum herself she understood that sometimes training wasn’t my first priority but she always managed to give me positive encouragement to get me back on track. I’ve lost nearly 11kgs on cats plan and know for sure I wouldn’t have been able to do it with out her. Thanks Cat! Xx

Highly recommend

I signed up for the 1 to 1 coaching and found Cat really helpful and encouraging, the workouts are all available on the app with videos explaining how to do each exercise, I had to leave the program early due to personal reasons but would definitely consider rejoining again.

Highly recommend 💪🏼

Started training with Cat last year, her app is brilliant easy to follow and motivates me to get up and do something everyday from workouts, run or even just completing my steps for the day.
I would highly recommend her online training program as it suits everybody and she takes her time to sort a plan just for you. Always has time for her clients and just speaks the truth no cutting corners.
If you are looking for a genuine trainer Cat is the one she’s been there and done it herself and hard work does pay off.
I’m enjoying my journey so far and can’t wait to progress even more🥰

Fab Coaching from Cat - couldn’t be happier

I started my journey with Cat back in May 2024 and I couldn’t be happier with my results and how much Cat’s coaching has helped. Not only have I lost over 11kg gradually and in a healthy way, I’ve become stronger, my nutrition has improved and I feel so much better mentally. I’ve gained my confidence back and truly feel like I couldn’t have done it without the support and guidance from Cat. My program consisted of both nutrition, workouts and weekly check ins which really helps to keep you accountable. The app if easy to use and follow and Cat always responded to any questions and was there provide words of encouragement and support. Overall it’s been a transformative 11months and i couldn’t recommend Cats coaching enough she is fab and you won’t regret it. Thank you

CJF JOURNEY

I started my CJF journey in February 2024, and I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made. Her guidance and knowledge is beyond exceptional and I will continue to highly recommend her fitness coaching. Not only is Cat brilliant in her profession and everything she has to offer but she is also a very lovely, relatable and grounded person. My 1:1 plan with Cat means I have a weekly check in to discuss how my week has been and questions at all and just how I’ve felt which makes the whole journey so much more personal. She is always there whenever I need her outside of my check in day which I think is great, I never feel on my own.
I am so much more of a better person since I started with Cat, not only has my body changed with weight loss and strength but my mental health has completely transformed. That is all due to fueling my body with 5 workouts per week, alongside a balanced nutrition plan and macronutrient split that Cat sets me. I absolutely love the routine and structure of my life now and I honestly can’t imagine myself without Cat by my side. Forever grateful for finding Cat Jane Fitness. She is an absolute superwomen!! 🙌

I started my CJF journey back in…

I started my CJF journey back in October 24 and it was the best decision I’ve made. Having spent ££’s on in person coaching with a local PT over a 2 year period I was never satisfied with the results.

Prior to signing up with CJF I started following Cat’s Instagram profile. I loved her approach to balancing mum life whilst taking the time out for workouts and nutrition. I decided to reach out to CJF and instantly I felt that she was the person to motivate and coach me to achieve my goals. The easy to use app enables me to keep on top of my water intake, steps, complete my workouts and log my nutrition. 6 months on and I’m amazed at my overall fitness, I look and feel great and I’ve adopted healthy eating habits whilst still enjoying some sweet treats.

Cat’s an amazing coach 🫶🏽
