Rob was absolutely fab. The course was delivered in an ideal timeframe so topics weren't rushed and the learning team had a good understanding before moving on. Rob frequently encouraged engagement with the use of practical exercises, this really helped drive collaboration and overall improved the ability to digest the information. I have thoroughly enjoyed this course and it has motivated me to apply what I've learnt to my current role and further pursue a career/opportunities in Lean Six Sigma. I cannot thank Rob enough, truly an excellent teacher!

The Green Belt programme was brilliant. The delivery was great with breakout sessions which helped me to understand the concepts better by discussing them in small groups. Having real life examples during the first 3 days was a real eye opener, it was both enjoyable and informative. Rob was amazing and interactive , so the days literally flew by. It was also nice that you provided us with the printed slides, so it was easy to follow along especially where there were calculations. Thank you!”

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and gave real good industry examples, How anybody remembers so many real life examples to bring the content to life I will never know but it was very helpful in keeping me engaged, A real eye opener into the process around Lean thinking and the concepts involved. I will definitely be using some of the techniques such as changeover time, visual management and 5's concept just as a starting point. I found it really interesting how the pizzeria and helicopter diagrams became relevant to the content and way we work. Mark really knows his job and I would say is the best trainer that I have experienced through consultancy and to say it was delivered via Zoom I was really engaged and pleasantly surprised . I would 100% recommend Mark to anyone

Fantastic course with well-rounded topics that give you true knowledge on how to drive impactful positive change within your organization. The instructors were simply wonderful and presented several real-life examples from a variety of industries. The small sessions allowed for meaningful and engaging interaction in this new remote world. An absolute must for those with a passion for continuous improvement!!

I recently undertook the Business Black Belt course and found it very useful, as well as very interesting. It covered a wide range of topics, including those not traditionally covered in Lean Six Sigma courses (but all relevant and valuable), and the trainers were engaging in their presentation style, extremely knowledgeable and experts in their respective area of focus. I thoroughly recommend this course.

Just completed my Business Black Belt programme with the team which was a superb wide ranging course. There are several subjects covered to a detailed level including Business agility, Change Management , Value stream mapping as well as the essential Data Driven insights ( bulk of the Black Belt Process Management ). The breadth of this course makes it so useful , understanding the process properly then tools to lead change effectively amongst many items covered. The pacing has been great and dealt with really well by Moore and the wider team via team video sessions. I will also add the support materials sent to us were invaluable. Overall an excellent learning experience which I will take into my operational process workplace.

Our team did a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt course with Mark Jones instructing via online classroom. What a breath of fresh air. Hourly breaks, very limited use of slides, online whiteboards, breakout rooms, discussions, practical exercises it really was an enjoyable experience for what could be argued a potentially dry subject but not with Mark at the front of the class. 100% recommended.

Marie Helene was a brilliant & very knowledgeable trainer. She ensured that everyone on the program was carried along well and explained really complex concepts clearly.

I had wondered how effective the training would be remotely, but MH delivered a masterclass in virtual learning! The collaborative exercises, platforms, tools I think are more effective done digitally than in classroom. MH's anecdotes bring theories to life extremely well. Clearly MH is an expert and this has a significant impact on the learning experience. Also - the schedule (breaks every 50 mins, 9-4 schedule) is particularly helpful for delegates working full time with other duties. All round, brilliant content, well thought out structure and scheduling with a world class Trainer! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

There were a few teething troubles with the tech but once that was sorted it was a really effective way of learning - I had not come across Jam boards before and I thought the rooms etc were very effective. I liked the interactivity which is usually the hardest to achieve with online learning. I think our trainer used all the means available very skilfully to get the information across.I was also impressed by how much content we were able to cover in the three days and the materials provided to support the training were also very good

I found the whole learning experience to be really positive. Having to run a course virtually must present difficulties so I was particularly interested to see the way in which Mark enabled us to collaborate in virtual environments using a variety of activities that maintained everyone's interest throughout.

A good course that fulfilled my current requirement in the detail I expected. Well presented and at a good pace.
