Mare-Helene’s knowledge and delivery were exceptional. Excellent training materials were provided to support the delivery - I particularly liked the ‘aide memoires’ which will prove useful in the future.

A lot to cover in 4 days but very thorough and a large number of useful tools that can be drawn upon when required.

Marks knowledge and presentation style has made learning the Advanced Green Belt enjoyable and interesting. The content has been fast paced and in depth which made it challenging, however Mark has offered extra help if required and set achievable agendas for each session.

Good pace and great mentor knowledge which was well presented and great examples to relate to and apply

In update to my earlier review of Catalyst Consulting...

Since completing the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training with Catalyst Consulting the rewards reaped by the Company have been outstanding. Fragrance Oils (International) Limited was recently named a winner of the Lean Six Sigma Academy Award category at the 2019 BQF UK Excellence Awards after undertaking an improvement project using the methodologies taught in Catalyst’s Green Belt training.

I have now been practicing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Improvement for 18 months and it has been the most rewarding time of my career to date. The methods and tools can be applied to such a vast array of situations and processes and the soft skills aspect of the training have proven to be invaluable.

The impact on the employees that directly and indirectly participated in the project has been hugely positive. I have noticed that employee engagement is on an unprecedented level and the culture change is spreading throughout the whole company. It is also visible on the Company’s bottom line as customer satisfaction increases and this is reflected ultimately in sales of our products.

The training has also had a huge impact on a personal level, especially for me and the improvement team members. All of us have grown a tremendous amount through this process, this was an aspect of the training I had underestimated. The team have received promotions, gained respect and increased their responsibilities. They are now equipped to deal with multiple scenarios and have gained so much confidence from the training and practicing Continuous Improvement.

Catalyst offered an outstanding level of support and encouragement throughout the whole process and continue to do so. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for all the members of their team. They are all extremely knowledgeable, approachable and professional, not to mention exceptionally talented coaches and mentors.

The Lean Six Sigma training was delivered in a way that was highly effective and at just the right pace. A lot of content was covered, and the level of detail was appropriate as needed. Our instructor & coach, Mark J., was overly enthusiastic about the materials - in the best way possible. His passion and real life examples really captivated me in a way that made me want to use this new training in my day-to-day life, at work as well as personal. The 1 on 1 coaching sessions he delivered were always a great use of time. I learned a lot during this whole process and hope to continue to utilize these new techniques.

It was a challenging but rewarding process getting Green Belt certified. As a result, I feel like I really learned lean six sigma in a way that will last past this training. Mark's enthusiasm for the subject and myriad of real life examples bring the material to life, both during the initial training and afterwards in the 1:1 sessions. He really cares about your success and learning.

I had great learning experience. The basic knowledge that i knew was expanded to such new horizon understanding core details of DMAIC can apply to different settings and industry.
Its always a pleasure getting insightful discussions with Mark and the team.

I attended Catalyst's Innovation and Design course as part of my Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt training and couldn't have been happier with the facilities, course content and trainer. The session was well paced, interactive and had the right level of detail/technical information. Mark was very approachable, helpful and had a great style of training. As I'm registered to attend a variety of other sessions with Catalyst in the future, I'm confident now that I'll get the right level of pre-reading material, technical content and support to get real value out of their service.

Mark has very good presentation skills and his enthusiasm for Lean/Six Sigma shines through.
