I ordered two wall heaters on 17/11/25…

I ordered two wall heaters on 17/11/25 costing £140.
Only one was delivered. Several emails corresponding with the company since then. I have received no apology, no product and no refund.
Shocking customer service.
Robbing people of their hard earned money. Do NOT use this company. Avoid at all costs.

DO WASTE YOUR MONEY
Poor quality & as soon as I complained they fobbed me off & didn't want to know.
I bought 7x heaters, 2x failed in the first week & over the past 12 months they have all failed.
Told I need to buy new elements even though under warranty!!!

Do your self a favour and do not use!

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and rude company ever!
I ordered a heater on a Wednesday, the website states next day delivery. Thursday- Didn't turn up, but ok, because I did order it late in the day.
Friday- Nothing turns up.
Monday - They've sent me a hedge trimmer. So I instantly call explaining, send them an email as requested and they do send the heater out with a prepaid returns label for the hedge trimmer. Excellent. Ive had 2 days off work at this point. Glad its resolved.

Except it isnt. Theres no returns label. Triple checled the box and the 4 pieves of polystyrene. Definitely would of seen it. So i email them again. I let them know the days/times im available for pick up. They said they cant do those times, so have then requested I take it to the post office for them. I live rurally and it would involve taking another day off to do this so ive said no. There are plenty of couriers who would pick up after 5pm and at weekends but they refuse to shift on this. Asking them what my options are then, to fix their mistake, basically comes down to me having to take another day off. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
My partner then ended up ringing to resolve getting the trimmer (that we never ordered) back to them and was hung up on. He said we could leave it out to be collected but they were unhappy with us doing this.
After speaking to someone else (who was also really rude and unhelpful) we all agreed that we could leave the trimmer out to be collected. Its not unreasonable to ask not to lose another days pay to fix someone else's mistake when you are trying your best to help anyway.
I was sent a text message saying the parcel would be collected on Wednesday. Its still sitting outside my house.

The heater being delivered late wast really an issue. Things happen. However, the way they have dealt with us trying to get the hedge trimmer back to them is disgusting. If you look at other reviews (not the ones they publish on the website) you'll see alot of similar reviews in regards to customer service.
I run a business and if my employee ever spoke to anyone that way, customer or not, while representing my business they wouldnt have a job anymore.

Patio heater

Order a triple patio infared heater next day delivery, failed logistics poor service. I even asked will i get it next day they said yes! No the item didnt get picked up.....very annoyed as i really needed it for friday night will never use them again.

Heater stop working after 4 days

After buying a heater from them, it stopped working after 4 days. Customer service has not responded to emails after so many tries, we managed to speak to someone! We have returned the heater. It's been over two weeks since the heater was returned and we have neither the money nor the heater. We have made many contact attempts. Will never buy anything from them. Waste of time and
Money. Bad quality . Bad customer service. I do not recommend

Never be fulled by them again. Awful customer service !

Having bought a heater from them after few days some issues with the heater and it didn’t work no more ! but customer service failed to reply to emails, after so many tries we managed to speak to someone and they all tried to blame whatever issue in the customer and not comply with the policy about returns! The website states clearly about returns but they blame whatever on you , so dont trust what they have stated there! Never ll buy anything from them . Waste of
Money . Bad quality . Awful customer service
