Way displeased with service when…
Way displeased with service when applied for additional lending. Was led to believe it would be co sinister but in fact it was an additional loan. No one since has returned any of my calls . When this is completed I will not be using or recommending again

Be careful when changing payment dates.
Likes:
You helped me when I needed the help and it was very easy to get sorted out, etc.
Dislikes: HUGELY disappointing that because I requested to move my payment date FORWARD by 2 days (there was enough time that you could have taken the payment this month, but you've set it for next month) there has been over £300 interest added to that ONE payment. I'm utterly disgusted with that and that is something you seriously need to review. How is that justifiable?
