SCAM! Took me 2 months to get my order after having to email twice. When my order finally arrived I was short one item and quality was. It looked nothing like the picture! Sweatsuits are not actually sweatsuits they look like silk pajamas. My jogger pants were actually like wide leg capris. Top was totally different size from bottom. Customer service was a joke every time i emailed. I provided pictures too. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Purchased what I thought was a cute comfortable sweatshirt and sweatpant outfit and completely dissatisfied when it finally came! It doesn't seem to be made well and material is not what I expected. When I tried it on it doesn't fit, I am normally small/medium and I bought a large to make sure it was loose and comfy. I can't even get the pants on and when I requested a refund they won't give one without a photo! I would be naked, I shouldn't have to give a photo to return, if I don't like the fit that should be it!!! This company is terrible with customer service and has false advertising.

I never received my order. After multiple emails requesting a refund I still have not received my money back.

BUYER BEWARE!! I should have known from the start when I was 12 cents shy of free shipping and they would not help, not to buy from these people. I understood the 6 week delay. Fine. I had order what appeared to be 2 super cute loungewear outfits. When I finally did receive ONE outfit, it was not at all as described. Fabric was cheap and itchy, but that was not even my issue. I ordered an XL and usually wear a US 12/14. This 2 piece outfit came in 2 sizes and neither were and XL. the top fit my size 6 daughter and is very cropped. The bottoms are huge and very poorly made and fit my size 18 friend. I tried to exchange or review, and they said mis-sizing is not acceptable in their return and exchange program. And I paid $50! Buyer beware. The other reviews on their site have to be fake! The other reviews for this outfit are all 5 stars!

Casspy.com is a complete scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! The products you receive are made from the cheapest material possible and do not even remotely look like the product you thought you were getting. You can not return the product without paying for shipping to China which will be more than you initially paid. THIS IS FRAUD SO WATCH OUT!!

Only giving a one star because I have to. Fell for the cute pictures of casspy fashion on Instagram. After buying three sweatsuits for quarantine, I got the feeling they were a scam site by the confirmation emails I was getting. Went to their Instagram page and commented asking if anyone had received clothing. My comments kept getting deleted until I was finally blocked. This was about a month after purchase when my emails about shipping were going unanswered. I finally logged a complaint in PayPal. Weirdly enough after the complaint was logged I got an email notification that my items had shipped. It finally arrived today, close to 100 days after I ordered it and only one of the three ‘sweatsuits’ was there. I actually laughed out loud when I opened it. It was a shiny polyester material. Not sweatsuit jogged material. The crop top was so crop that it doesn’t actually cover my boobs. And the pants and a cropped flare? How is that even a style??? Don’t order from them!
