I had number of problems with my outlook. I am running multiple email accounts and i always end up with unwanted error messages. I had few technicians before who somehow manage to get it going but i was having problem frequently. The techniain i got from Master Computer was well truly experinced. He know what he was doing and manage to clear all the mess and made my outlook very user friendly. Happy with the service.

My laptop hinges broke down the other day. I called this company and they were super helpful. Collected my laptop same day and fixed it within two days. I was surprised they manage to fixed it in no time. Great service. Highly recommended!!!

Great Service. Fixed my printer in no time.

I was hacked by scammer. I was panicking and didn't know what to do. My bank asked me to get a technician to get my laptop cleaned. I called this Company and they were extremely helpful. The technician who attends my appointment the next day was very friendly and experienced. He not only saved my data but also secure my laptop with much needed firewall. Great Service!

Have given them my laptop to repair, a rather expensive Razer Blade Advance gaming laptop. This was unable to be repaired according to Aqib and was going to charge me $350 for the time spent... Even though the business website states "No Fix No Fee
If we can not repair your computer or laptop we simply do not charge any fee."

He has since blocked my number and left me with no idea what is happening or any way to collect my device. Now going on 3 months.

Aqib, if you are reading this... Please reply to my messages so I can organise collection of my device.

I had a long problem with outlook. Outlook was crashing every now and then. They fixed my outlook via remotely. Happy with the service.

Replaced my laptop screen in just 48 hours and with reasonable price. I didn't have to move an inch. The technician came to my home and replaced it on-site. Easy peaasy!

Unfortunately, my laptop got liquid damage and i called Master computer company for help. They gave me fixed cost to fix the laptop but later on they ask for additional money for the parts. It was understandable but could have been lot better to mention me at first place. Overall, i am happy with the repair. They fixed my gaming Laptop in just two days. Whereas other shops were asking for at least two weeks. I also like the pickup and drop off service. It was so easy and comfortable. Recommended!

Excellent service. Aqib came out at night on a Monday and picked up my laptop that was no longer powering up. Polite, unassuming guy who knows his stuff.
He diagnosed the issue, ordered a spare part, fixed another part and returned as soon as he could.
Price was reasonable. I chose this computer company because of the high ratings on Trustpilot and because I wanted to support a local business over a large commercial venture. I found this business after two large commercial ventures failed to deliver on customer service times and help :-D
Saved me a lots of dollars and time because I didn't have to buy a new laptop and reinstall all of my software etc.
