The price was extremely reasonable and the staff were helpful at all times regarding what was available. It was possible to phone back after the booking had been made and add modifications to our tickets. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us.

I go to cassidy travel because you're staff are so helpful. You just tell them what you are looking for and where the location and they will give you options to choose from. What i find really good about cassidy travel is there is a person in front of you helping you. Not a machine. Yes great staff well done to them all.

Outstanding customer service
I booked a holiday with Gillian in Dundrum and couldn't have found her more helpful and obliging. I wasn't rushed in any way to make a decision on dates etc. The reason that I booked with Cassidy Travel is because of my previous experience with Louise. I booked a holiday to Spain with Louise in May this year and again, nothing was a problem and she left no stones unturned. So I am a very happy customer. Excellent customer service pays off!
