I went to get money out this morning but I didn't get my money and they shouldn't be charged people to get they money out

Went to withdraw from the Belfast atm.. machine crashed and wouldn’t return my Revolut card., had to reorder a new one which is not free.., terrible company.. don’t anyone ever use them if you have sense

No sign that ATM is not working, took bank card, took money from account and we staid without anything. All we got back, contact your bank. So we will get our money in 38 days! It's our anniversary night out, so had to turn around and go home 🤬

One of their machines failed to dispense 250. 20 days later I am still waiting as I had to put in a dispute through my bank. Do not use their machines. Also their staff are absolutely useless. And not helpful at all.
Nill stars and nil points. Absolute joke. I will be taking this further

No stars!The machine in The Glades Bromley did not issue my £20 though my banking app says it has!!!
Will go to my bank on Monday.No out of service sign on it

I will never use these machines again. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

On the 30th June I tried to take £50 out the ATM on Bank Street, Coatbridge. It came up saying there was going to be a charge of £3.99 (was my card charge) so I cancelled the transaction and got my card back. Upon waiting away I heard my bank app on my phone so I checked. The ATM had taken the £53.99! I called and the gave an authorisation code to give to bank but I was then passed pillar to post and had to fill in a form for the bank to investigate. As far as I'm concerned Cashzone have stole my money as its in their account now. I contacted them on their own enquiry form and they got back to me saying my bank needs to deal with it. Why? You have my money. Please be careful when using these ATMs

It's very bad atm ,I had bad experienced,with cash machine ,basically it took my card didn't give, when I ever use this cash machine, my account becomes blocked

Ate my card after entering. Then called them to tell them about the faulty machine and they said that on there server it said 'out of service', but they hadn't been bothered to put a sign up telling anyone and the supermarket said they weren't 'allowed' to touch the ATMs as it wasn't their property! Bank tried charging £5 for new card so we asked for compensation and cashzone washed their hands of the situation and said they couldn't do anything about it! Awful company.

Wish I was able to leave no stars! These cash machines on Culmore Road Londonderry were disgusting to use! Looks like they have ever been cleaned in their life! Despicable after just coming through a pandemic! Glad I had hand cleanser in car to use!

Took £30 from my account but did not produce the cash.
Local store where situated was useless.
Cashzone just wanted to pass me onto the Bank,
The Bank passed me to Cora (AI) but not much intelligence artificial or otherwise.
You could not make it up...

Total rip off when withdrawing 300 euro in Spain. Conversion rate almost parity. Avoid like the plague.

Wish I could give no stars!! Withdrew £250 got error message saying your account has not been charged to find out it was contacted bank and now over a week being told I have to wait 30 day avoid cashzone atm

The machine in Madiera Drive Brighton never works. It looks awful. At least 20 years old. It’s outside my shop and I’m continually emailing them to get a new one. They patch it it up and it breaks and so on.

The machine retained my card for no reason. It accepted my card, then the machine went black and stated “Out of Service”, and then almost immediately started working again but retained my card. Cashzone also say that they’re unable to do anything about this even though it is their machines fault

I used cash zone ATM in Normandy Road Dysart fife withdrew £160 they even charged me £1.25 then received nothing twice this has happened to me am so stupid even using it a second time, unprofessional customer service acting like it's a bad line,, robbing company

While in Spain I used a Cashzone ATM to withdraw €200. It displayed the conversion rate and fees and asked yes/no if I wanted to proceed. I selected no but the money was still taken from my account. Six weeks later and my card issuer is still trying to get the money back. I see that other people have had the same problem.

The Cash Zone stole my VISA credit card, if the ATM doesnt accept it just give it back.

The customer service says my card will not be given back and I have to block the card and ask for a new card.

Well Im Spain and what to do without any credit card, how to get home.

Shocking service when the atm dispensed notes that were damaged. The notes were cut in a manner that made them not legal tender. Phoned the company and they insisted that I go to the nearest bank, which is a thirty mile round trip. I was not happy, they didn’t give a monkeys. Press one for someone who doesn’t care about customers!

I have tried to withdraw 100 Euro and when saw the fee I decided to cancel the transaction. The money were taken from my account and the company do not recognize the mistake. Do not use Cashzone!!!
