After having read these other reviews I will happily add to the hue and cry as to how awful this atm and company are...I actually think there is some level of scam involved...my card got taken by the coop atm in catford...other people on this review thread had their's taken around Christmas period also...mine was Christmas Eve..I rang customer service...no help whatsoever....actually challenged the person I spoke to as to why they did not put an 'out of service' notice across the screen...just repeated "contact your bank their is nothing we can do"... would not answer the question...even when I told them I was not the only one it had happened to...its a total and utter scams....most of the machines are in a state and not maintained anyway...please please do not use these cashpoints under any circumstances..get cashback in store if possible instead...as a matter of fact stick to bank owned cashpoints instead...they are just as bad sometimes...but way way better than these pop up.. from god knows where that you find dotted along your local high street ..please spread the word...I am going to let everyone know...I am also going to contact coop head office ...as a major retailer I am sure they have better options than a bargain basement corrupt company with which to do business with!

Just a shocking support service, 2 days before Christmas and one of their machines didnt dispense money , I contacted them twice through their contact form and no reply ,called customer service twice and the agent was completely dismissive. They told me to contact my bank and raise a dispute , I have already done this , I still haven’t had an acknowledgment Email or call to acknowledge contacting their business , it seems their website doesn’t even send an automated reply to manage your expectations ,it completely set up to protect their business and not the customer. If I don’t hear from them it will be a court action

Scamzone. DO NOT USE THESE MACHINES. The machines will take your card and take your money. Thieves...worse than that, incompetent. At least their is some dignity in being robbed in person. These useless clowns will shaft you without any thought, just part of their normal business practice. Die in a fire, Cashzone. You took my card and money on Christmas Eve.

Cashpoint, again, next to a Co-op, this time in Warrington. Swallowed my card last month. Apparently, since then, the card reader has been fixed. Funny that, as it's gone again. It is persistently broken. I know why the Co-op gave up stewardship of these pieces of junk, now. And the deafening silence from Scumzone, to all these awful, yet truthful reviews, is glaringly obvious that they care about nothing. Least of all, you, the cough, cough, valued customers.

So, six weeks in these bandits are still holding on to my money, absolute disgrace. And my bank can’t do anything about it.

Used the cash zone machine at the M & S on Hull Road in York on 15th Secember and it didn’t dispense the £250 I requested. Complained to them and they said it wouldn’t be taken from my account but two days later the transaction is complete and they have stolen the funds. Do not use this company they do not do as they say

Withdrew £250 cash didn't come out come off my balance.
Rang customer service didn't give a toss happened to several people that day ie yesterday but they still didn't put machine out of service.hence my transaction.
Put a complaint in was advised head office are in Hatfield you will get a call shortly 4 hours later no call rang bk the agent said we don't log complaints your not getting a call.
The head office phone number is 017 ect but is customer service no email address so emailed ceo.

Absolute scum. Debited my account and then declared there was a problem with the machine and it couldn’t dispense cash. They of course know this but now have the benefit of my cash for the time it takes to open a dispute etc. DO NOT USE!

Used the machine in Warrington, took my card and then the screen went black, called the support number and they told me that they cannot do anything, that I just have to freeze the card and get a new one!!!

Your cash machine at Yorkgate Go petroleum station was absolutely caked in blood. Disgraceful..Definitely won’t ever be using your machines again.. disgusted..

Appalling service, I'll never use their cash machines again. Withdrew £250 on 9/10 but didn't receive the cash. The machine said I hadn't been charged. After many long phone calls I'm still waiting for a refund 8 days later and they say it will be at least another 10 days before I recieve my money back!!! Apparently there's no way to speed up the system even though the error is theirs! Not happy.

Cashzone atm at Co-op Preesall. It barely ever works. Sometimes it makes an attempt to read your card other times it takes 4-5 attempts to get it to work and then when you try withdraw money it says declined. I've asked in the co-op and they said they've complained to cashzone and they've done nothing about it.

Withdrew my last 250 pounds I had in the world for my birthday holiday in Poland and it did not dispense any cash and took the 250 out of my account including the 1.50 service charge. Basically stole my money. Raised the dispute with Santander I will not be happy if I don't get my money back.

Did not give cash despite debiting account.

Tried phoning them which was pointless.

Used ATM at local garage, as soon as I put my card in the wording appeared “your card has been retained”. Then, muffled screen, like an 80’s computer, next back to normal but no card and it was then back up and running ready to ruin the next customers day. It’s not their card to take, they are a sham. When I contacted them they said there is nothing they can do and no explanation as to why they kept my card. I now have to do notify the bank and go through the motions. Cash Zone, cash con more like. Don’t use!!!!

I requested for 60pounds from an ATM from Charing cross hospital.
The machine didn't ask me whether I want to proceed with the withdrawal.
It referred to my issuer twice.
I was charged even though the cash was not dispensed.
It took more than 20 phone calls and emails for me to reimbursed.
Throughout this 21 days I encountered the most horrible and dismissive staff from Cashzone.
I got the money in the end but it was a struggle, Cashzone have not apologised to me on a formal basis

Withdrawal of cash didnt work. They still took €100+3 fee from my account. Zero help afterwards after several talks with their customer service. Basically just stole my money. Dont withdraw here.

Whilst attempting to draw cash, Cashzone ATM crashed, swallowing and retaining my card. When I phoned the number on the ATM I was informed that the card could not be returned and would be destroyed. Fine, but this card was for an overseas bank! Cost to replace? £50!! And several weeks of waiting. I would recommend that, if drawing cash from an overseas bank, DO NOT use Cashzone ATMs!! (Use an ATM with a bank attached to it)

went to withdraw from coop atm, as i have done many times. this time wanted to charge me £3.99 for the privilege, never done so before. I dont think so! went elsewhere. Called customer services to query why, he had no idea, just said to try another atm. He couldnt have care less, said I could do his job. Needless to say I will not bother with a hopeless company aka CASHZONE.

I went to withdraw 80 GBP and recieved 10 and half a ripped 10 pound note, the cash machine still took 80 out of my bank and CashZone out right refuse to give anyone any help I had to have a charge back issied and wait over 3 weeks for a refund and still had to pay there stupid service charge, all because I stopped to use an ATM these scammers need to be stopped.

Like many others I was going to do a withdrawal 500 euros in Barcelona but when seeing the fees I cancelled and therefore of course no receipt. A few minutes later I saw on my bankapp it had taken the 508.77 euros. I called them but nothing happened for 3 weeks and called them again but nothing happened. Then I contacted my bank Wise 2 weeks ago but it is still not solved.
