Yes, if your device was grade A condition as you submitted, you would have received £195. Unfortunately it was deemed to be a grade B condition. So £170.
When you sell a device, even on buyback, we sometimes need to remove the screen protector to check the condition of the screen.
As screen protectors can make scratches or cracks much harder to see.
